Literally cancelled and defunded after 1-2 seasons & the lowest production value B movies on planet earth.
At most you’d get a predator cameo in Sharknado
Expanse was actually originally on Syfy, cancelled like all their other shows.
It was the only show they had with high production value.
I really liked the early seasons, latter ones aren’t up to the same standard

Disney are hypocrites set on world media domination , netflix rub elbows with fake royals and ex presidents giving them multimillion deals while making twerking movies about 11 year olds , they all suck and bled money from people during the sham last 12 months . Movies aren’t going to be like the 80s and 90s again and tv shows are so diluted you get one good season now (if your lucky) and then the pandering starts .

I just watched resident alien on syfy , it was pretty good and had some laughs . Pred 5 is going to be a disaster with Disney behind it . A woman going against gender norms, climate change in the last movie , black trying to change the whole lore , and isn’t the girls name in the next one keyes? As in Peter keyes? So they will retcon what ever shit they can . A predators sequel might be good but who the hell knows? The fact they have waited over 10 years to do a sequel means it wasn’t intended as a first choice and the last movie shit the bed so bad their backs are against the wall. They have put a hold on predator comics etc as well ? Fuck knows where they will take it . Look how brutal the punisher was on netflix and daredevil season 2 . He killed anyone he could but in season 2 of punisher he literally let’s a pedophile live! He just burns down his studio! Yet in daredevil he kills a guy that watches cp . Pedos are at the top of everyone’s list , but they cant offend those dirtbags . There’s a reason people started to mass unsub from netflix . Apple had one decent movie (i cant remember its name) about battle droids they test in the jungle. They will just churn out ideological shite with these companies . The 87 predator would never get made now . By reviews and reception at the time aswell ? The original wasn’t as credited on release as it is now? Because people appreciate it in modern times because of the crap thats released now

And frankly Fox’s entertainment division is still involved and the script they’re shooting with has been in production prior to the merger. The two films The Predator was supposed to launch was very likely the AVP anime that was supposed to come out and this. If anything you can still blame Fox for this.
