Super easy to buff. Make it so you can pick the sound it makes.
Running sound, Jumping, plasma shot, bow should and the standard noises should be able to to picked to play a lockable sound.
But that will just add problems and it does it job fine now
I think the reason why they don’t stick is because if they could, the Predator could throw them to a place FT wouldn’t be able to tell if it’s the Predator or not. Like in a tree
That’s the whole point of audio decoys to throw off FT
I’ve been playing this game since launch and I still sometimes fall for the decoy, because it’s in a bush or something

Pro tip. Throw them away as you run away to heal. Throw them in clever locations to make it seem like you’re healing there while you’re actually munching on a pig 100m away

They do their job, its a decoy not a fear inducer, it makes it pretty damn hard to pin point Preds when they’re using audio decoys, it’s fine as it is.

I like when it makes healing sounds and hog squeals. Those really help with hiding your position. Many of the other sounds should be removed.
But I love making my prey cry at night from nightmares I love how they soil them selves
Audio decoy? Could you at least mention what the fuck happened to the motion detector that does absolutely shit? but you needed to fuckin say Audio decoy needs a buff? It does what its expected to at least. Motion detector does fuck all. Yeah, Motion detector tells us where FT are when Target isolation (you dont even need a gear for this) does exActly the same thing and yet FT can destroy a fuckin motion detector.
You can’t tell me where someone whose remotely intelligent can see where one becomes redundant when armed with the other?
The moment a player takes a 3-4 matches to understand what it does, they would be able to counter it at all times.

Just stick to the roof, and FT destroys it. The fact of the matter is that Motion detectors should just be built into an audio decoy. Its because the conceptual design of both Audio decoy and Motion Detector is beyond stupid is beyond me. They should be merged into something complex.

It should be limited to make pred clicking/purring sounds, maybe foot stomps and tree climbing too
FT voices need to go. They should also last forever unless destroyed.
They serve well. They are used for distraction and to lure thirsty FT members away from the others.
They are quite effective when you don’t cloak.
What about the charging of a bow?
the problem is that you can quickly figure out which weapons the predator uses after one engagement. Once that happens, audio decoys become pointless if the simulate weapon sounds, for the same reason is pointless they mimic FT voices, is an instant giveaway that is a decoy and not the pred
