I’m not so sure.

If you remember when Viking dropped they hinted in the PSBlog “We can’t expect a Viking to roam the jungles forever, stay tuned…” yadda yadda.

They’re known for hints with no follow through so it wouldn’t surprise me if they hold cleo until the last update of the year in order to try and “hold interest”. Could be a Super Predator type to follow up Izzy (either Mr. Black, Falcon, or Tracker as he’s the only one without a mask in game at this point).

We’ve all learned by now never to trust or predict Illfonic at this point.

There were instances of Dutch finding another pred in the tapes.

Now in the book stalking shadows it was assumed that he had plenty of adventures against predators or at least trying to seek them out on earth but in his tapes he mentions another predator.

The predator didnt get away and thats where his should helmet and gauntlet came from.

Im just sayin, it could be Saber… not like we really want it.

True, but Illfonic made this statement just after the last update, which had a new Agent Keyes tape telling Dutch to not go after “her”, referring to the Predator that had him trapped and beaten, but let him go, which is apparently Cleopatra. And while Dutch has faced plenty of Preds, this one is specific to the tapes, and the only one he goes into the most detail, even describing the armor as “Egyptian” in detail in the Keyes tape. So the evidence stacks up.
