I would also like a city map but we won’t get it. They are too lazy to come up with a way to make that work
only way that would work is when predkour would be expanded on all verticall surfacess in game
In such a case it would be ruins or something like that, I don’t think civilians will be involved, it would be fine abandoned buildings where fireteam enters through the door and the pred through the roof, nor will there ever be something like that

If it was a developer that actually could do their job efficiently, community map building would have answered alot of these questions.
Like far cry done , let people fuck around with ideas and see what works, pffft we are practically play testing for them anyway , at this point they have fuck all to lose .
Except maybe losing some face to their community who would probably do a better job than them 🙄

Concrete Jungle worked in a city setting. Don’t see why this game couldn’t.

One is a single player where you can take your time climbing a building the other is a multiplayer game where you take your time climbing a building you will get 2nd Winded
They already introduced a reduced damage from behind perk. Simply enough to co-opt the mechanic.
Reduce light levels and set the maps at dusk, increase the general clutter from telephone poles and wires. Add paths that preference moving you around corners. Add fire escapes and other objects that provide partial cover.
Think it’s still doable.

City map would be much work. As they could not reuse many things from previous maps. I don’t think we ever get one. As long as we get new nice maps like airstrip and excavation I am happy
