Dutch would probably be something of like an outlier in terms of priority targets in Hunting.
Dutch’s Skull would certainly be a prize to be cherished yea, but why would you take away a Prime Specimen that can teach you so much of what a race has to offer in terms of warriors?
Also yes, the Predator (like 99% Cleopatra) in the tapes that fought Dutch wore Egyptian style armor.
Also my crackpot theory about Cleopatra being related to Nightstorm in some regard might have some relevance cause Illfonic certainly knows who Nightstorm is via Tiwtter.
