Aimbot would be much more easier (less CPU intense) thanks to how Illfonic highlights spotted predator.
You can compensate them, just add some delta to calculated offset (so the aim bot will not try to exactly place spot point to center of screen, but it will position spot point slightly down (or any suitable direction) in which hitboxes are messed up).
Ping can be compensated as well. It will complicate things a bit because you will have to calculate velocity (aiming can use data only from single image frame, but velocity has to be calculated by spot point offset between two frames and movement aim bot introduced during time between those frames). But that is just basic linear algebra.
