yes, everyone wants new range weapons. it sucks that we only get retarded weapons like viking axe, hammer or katana (I actually liked the katana, but still it sucks that we never got a ranged weapon)
they could give us variants of the caster or just new games like a plasma sniper or something.

I use both situationally. Bow for ambushes and if the ft is unaware of my presence, Caster for when they are running away or fighting.
A good team who constantly tracks me should typically force me to use Plasmacaster.
In my opinion HHPC is fun to use, just ineffective against any good team. They either need to buff damage, or reduce recoil to make it good against a decent team again. I do like that it is a really nice stealth weapon though, as it has no laser or arrow trail, the FT just has to fire where they think it came from or if they saw where the shot came from.
Caster is literally “HERE I AM GUYS, SNIPE MY HEAD OFF”
While with the Bow you can remain stealthy and still deal dmg.
It’s possible, but not as effective for a few big reasons.
The blast radius is very small on the quick shots.
You get 30 arrows. If you need more than that, you’re missing too much anyway.
None of the other weapons are nearly as strong as bow, at the moment. Unless you want to run a fast hands, net gun, and Elder sword build, you’re not missing out by bringing the bow.
The damage of the plasma caster quick shots are significantly weaker than the Yautja bow that starts at 57 damage and charges to 70. Also, you have the laser visibility and and energy consumption to manage as well, with the plasma caster.
Run out of arrows because I guess I don’t pick them up after I hit them.

Personally, I think the damage for the bow should start at 46 and end at 70, and picking up arrows, the disk, and the combistick should require a short interaction…,
but currently all you have to do is run past them or leap in and out to pick them up. It’s not really an inconvenience or a hindrance.
Bow does more quick fire damage. Plasma quick fire is tickles
Plus the caster has splash damage , as the bow needs more accuracy
Pistol is best ranged weapon

Bow is an excellent long-range weapon, along with the plasma cannon.
If it’s hard to hit, practice makes perfect. You will be surprised at how much firepower you can get.
There are three rudiments to jumping and hitting.
- Fly so that the opponent is in front of you when you land.
- Aim while jumping.
- It’s better to move your aim sideways than horizontally.
Doesn’t the delithered lenses perk make the plasma caster better at being stealthy ?
Yes however you only get one or two shots before your position is revealed if you’re up against a good team as the projectile’s easy to track.
