It’s a good decision to switch to PC as long as you are up to all the manual handling.
The only thing PC (and crossplay) multiplayer gaming suffers from alot is cheating (including exploiting and macros).
There are many more games and genres available for PC than for consoles and lots of sales, key retailers and bundles. Moreover, you can run many of your favorite decades-old (singleplayer) games on PC.
Guilty Gear is very good online because of the netcode.
