Wow so many angry lads are in here, you all say the knife needs nerfing, i think both sides needs to be addressed and balanced, and to me this is not a balance. And let’s not forget that predator never attacked a group of 4 in the movies, he picked up on them silently just like those predator using the laser caster and down the soldier with only one shot, the predator got destroyed by arnie alone, even royce cut off his head 1v1… and they also spam the net gun which is pretty annoying and stupid if you are the soldier… and parries does not work all the times because i have seen people playing with knifes and they ended up getting destroyed by the combistick!! The game needs balancing from both ways. And not every gun damage the predator alot. Not like the stick throw anyways… this game is not balanced in my opinion, both sides needs addressing… and this is a GAME… it should not be like a movie!! A game is for entertainment if you guys want the predator to be much stronger than the fireteam then it would be so boring and you won’t even find a fireteam to play against, besides i have seen many predators destroying the fireteam so easily…
They do need a block infinte no and that much dmg hell no but the block i agree need to stay imagine your whole team is dead and its just you and it? Predator is too fast to gun down like that block gives a chance and its not 100% affective i slay knife dummys constantly, yea i get rekt sometimes but hey ive downed 3 in one shot from my caster witch is the real “old painless”
Had to stop reading this cause wow. Um yes he attacked more than a group of four in Predator 2 numerous times. With the Combistick I might add. Does that mean I think he should just 4v1 wack everyone down with it? No. It means if he chooses his engagements he can get kills with it. And at the moment. HE CANT . What about the knife makes all predator melee combat do you not understand?? You are clearly just a fireteam main, and the funny part is I basically am too! Cause if the wait times I ply wayyyy more fireteam and I’ll tell ya what we kill every fucking predator we play (for the most part) because HE LITERALLY can’t hit you! He has to use range or get washed.
Also Royce did not 1v1 the predator he fought it after it fought the trapped predator AND Isabella had to shoot it with her fuckin sniper rifle for him to win. So get your shit straight.
This is a game where there needs to be that chance live with it
Game is balanced around 1v4 not 1v1 If it’s you v him you should probs be screwed unless you make an insane play
You should calm the fuck down kid, so funny to see you raging over a video game. THE GAME NEEDS BALANCE FROM BOTH WAYS!!! Its not like the predator have 0 win loss ratio lmao. I knew people will screw this up by saying nerf and buff on their forums… the game should be balanced. Same for both sides. Same power. Now if the predator is much stronger than all 4, kiss your ass goodbye. The game will eventually die in no time. LOOK AT THE OVERPOWERED JASON VOORHEES AND LOOK WHAT HAPPENED TO THE GAME. they should nerf the knife, combi and the laser!! And then it’s a skill based game!!. And yes i play most of the games as a soldier because the loading times are trash to wait… and don’t forget that there are trash predators out there. The parry should stay, and if there is an experienced predator, he will throw his overpowered stick… BUT THE PARRY SHOULD 100% STAY. And infinite too.
They should change alot of stuff. Both sides too.
Parry should go you clown ass. That’s like saying it’s no fair the fireteam has Bullets to damage the pred. It’s one of his two sources of damage. You can’t just negate melee. Combistick is not broken you are just boosted. The knife parry is the blaring issue. Also Friday still has players and was advertised to be Jason is OP try and escape. How else do you want your Jason to be wtf?
You can’t be that dumb, you obviously want predator to be much stronger!! Won’t happen illfonic knows the fireteam are the players because they are 4 players the predator is one, would you rather to play alone?? The predator is very op against 3 hell even 4 i just got destroyed after owning the predator the whole match. The super fast scout killed all of us. And even now while the predator is "weak like you losers claim"very hard to find a match as him, imagine an overpowered predator, you will never find a match because all players will want to play as him lmao. Nerfes will come i know this, and look at Dbd the survivors are much stronger than the killer you sad ass clown and the game still have like 50k even more players… the parry should not go!! But they should nerf the damage.
The forum doesnt dictate the changes the devs will make this team almost nailed ballance in my opinion right out of the gate and i say “almost” def some minor things are making all the game breaking difference but dmg is pretty good back and fourth the knife needs work as far as dmg but i dont think any real nerfs need to happen.

The berserker shouldnt be able to tank focus fire be more methodical in who you target and when.
I screw up and get knife trolled it happens but sometimes i break out and make them look stupid but i dont think it needs removed.
Exactly dude. Like i said the knife damage may be op but the parry should not go because of this. They can nerf this… but you can’t deny that the combistick throw is op too. Very!! Literally half of the soldier’s healthbar is gone per throw lol. So ridiculous. I use the support class with thick skinned, my health is 190 and when he throws the stick my health goes down to like 50 when he hits the head. And if you had lower then it’s an immediate down…
Ok dude last time I’ll explain this to you. I don’t want him op. As a matter of fact his health damage all that I want none of it changed. I love punishing boosted preds for trying to just drop on my team and melee them cause we CRUSH them you just absolutely melt a predator for trying that if you are a good group of players. FOR THE LAST TIME what is dumb is parrying his attacks because that’s HALF his arsenal gone. If you can just parry his attacks what is he to do? Sit in a tree and spam plasma caster? Wow! Sounds like fun for both teams! You are literally beating a dead horse making no relevant arguments except you die to melee preds which tells me you are either solo que or need practice because everyone else here thrashes 90 percent of preds and only 50 percent of those times should we have won. There will be your predators who insist on charging down the middle and yes they deserve what they get. But the predator who nets me and bear traps my team mate at the same time, then downs my 3rd with plasma, then decides ok one left I’ll charge in with melee, then gets parried and the 3 of us left absolutely melt him, that’s my problem.
You keep complaining about Combistick throw. It’s not a one shot. You lose your melee weapon and have to go retrieve it. And it’s a skill shot. You are just throwing anything at the wall not thinking at all.
No the combistick throw removes the weapon and a miss can be fatal the combi throw should be one of the hardest hitting things we have
I agree with you about nerfing the knife, but never, ever i meant it ever to remove the parry system. But the damage the parry does is too much i agree. They should definitely nerf the knife, but the parry is actually good for the survivors. Maybe they should add a cooldown?? … but i wanna know why they added play as predator and play as fireteam, people can’t even play as the predator. It should have been random just like friday the 13th!! So people can play more as the predator.
True, but once that hits you are damaged… large amount of health is gone.
