No that sucked and its how I can tell you only ever play pred and want a minigame to kill people for you while you self destruct 5 football fields away.

Charged caster headshots and combistick headshots should kill though. FT is rewarded insanely for hitscan headshots and pred isnt at all even though all his weapons are projectile with travel time.

Its easy to lose all your hp like a trashcan and push the self destruct button so makes sense to me

Atleast people who are running away from the bomb or defusing had to kill you first. You dont have to do anything to lose all your health and hit the surrender button in second wind.

Good. It’s an arbitrary requirement that has no place in a PVP game. I’ll respect it as flavor as long as it’s easy to handle but beyond that no.

Your both wrong it’s to make the game a little more challenging for FT witch it is not. If you do go down after second wend you only have a small window to set the self destruct and half the time the disarm it in 5 seconds

Stop trying to melee so you quit dying next to the FT. Its really not hard to hit the leap button 3 times and put your face in the wall on a cliff so the FT cant touch you.

Great balance. I definitely want to play Pred now. Or FT for that matter.

Personally, I just feel changes should be made so that every mission takes at least five minutes to speed run.

Secondly, they should try to incorporate some sort of randomized branching mission objectives, so that missions might start the same, but have different outcomes for completion. This would help offset speed running, and also break the monotony that has occurred for people that have played every mission so many times, they have every objective memorized.

They could even merge the missions they already have to accomplish this task, as most of the time we will see the same mission multiple times and some missions very rarely, anyway.

What I do is that if the ft is extracting I’ll go out of bounds force myself into second wind then go a little distance from the corner they are stuck in to extract and then if they want to get out of the blast radius they have to run into the ai and run almost double the blast zone to get out. I have gotten alot of kills and draws this way. Lol

What I would really like to see changed is even if you can complete the mission in 5 minutes that still leaves 10 minutes unused it shouldn’t be the moment you finish the mission get to exfil it should be you finished the mission good job now you have to wait until the last two minutes of the match to exfil

Now your asking for 8 minutes of camping?

Also congratulations FT has no time pressure now.

First off fireteam never had time pressure the only one who had time pressure is the predator. Second when you’re a predator and having to wait 7 to 10 minutes to get a match only for it be over in 5 minutes because fireteam is rushing objected so quickly it’s already over that’s no fun

That is time pressure. Just because it’s not literal doesn’t mean the terminology is wrong.

Also just because something is imbalanced doesn’t mean we should get rid of it. Especially when they’re better alternatives.

Then why even have 15-minute matches

Same reason for cod matches to have a timer.

And Titanfall 2.

And literally every single death match mode.

It’s to prevent camping and to maintain the pace of the match and if it does break to end it so players aren’t forced to sit in a match for an hour because of campers or a bugged mission.

Not because matches are meant to be 15 minutes.

Now yes missions go to fast but making you wait 8 minutes isn’t the answer.

Yes. Missions need to be longer and more elaborate. This extends the match duration, and makes missions fun, thus solving both issues without any problems. Any question bus how and to what extent.
