What id like to know is, why/when did they decide that placeholders would no longer represent the characters we would be getting. If im not mistaking, all of the placeholders up to isabelle represented that exact character.
Old dutch.

Well I can clearly see a Helipad. Cool Poncho is Paid DLC 9 probably coming with a lot of explosives, a new grenade launcher and just general heavy ordinance.

They’re generic placeholder images. Probably because of the Isabelle incident they’ve decided to not silhouette upcoming DLCs in case something happens

I believe the Predator ones are placeholders but I believe that is Poncho. I don’t see many hats like that in-game along with the fact that it is also a paid DLC.
