PC CHEATERS NEED TO BE STOPPED
As a console player I’ll tell you pc guys, there is very little aim assist for us. If any of you thing it’s like a toned down version of the bot’s aim assist, it’s nowhere close.
We just love giving you guys a hard time. But in all seriousness, there is no comparison. All the aiming on PC is done with the mouse, and to be honest, I hate the keyboard. I much rather use a controller, but it’s one of those things where you either have good aim, or comfortability. For FPS games mouse all day, for RPGs controller 100% I wouldn’t be caught dead playing AC Series with keyboard and mouse.

Given that I was killed like this as soon as the match started before, like the match had just started, and then I got lit up by pin-point accurate snipers from nowhere right after my pred finished doing the intro cutscene roar. After I got downed by these shots that were hitting me no matter where I jumped, I spectated, and it was a whole team of PC players sniping me from across the map, just taking potshots in the jungle and I quickly realized they were defending my corpse from the AI from across the fucking map.
Oh I know most of y’all are joshing, but I feel some out there really thing ps players are all trash with aim assist. I WISH there was better aim assist, like what schoolboy_skeptik wants.

Nah nah nah, what we need is the ability to adjust controller deadzones and disable any aim acceleration we may have

It looks like you have the same glitch that happens to a lot of people every so often that when the Predator is on the other side of the map etc healing, on the Fireteam’s screens he is right in front of them, hence why you can see them securing your body in the camp. It’s happened to me against PlayStation players aswell. More often than not it has something to do with either ping, or the connection timing out. This bug has happened to basically everyone, including Bloodthirstylord on his stream at one point😂🤣 and he is mediocre so instantly blames it on hacks. The same thing happened on his screen. To him he was on a roof healing, and the next second he was dead on the ground in front of the Fireteam, and that was against 3 PS4 and a steam player. Once again a bug that has been around since launch, and has tbf brought up a LOT of hackusations against PC players which arent true. I’ve had this bug happen to me on more than one occasion on PS4, sometimes without PC players even in the lobby. Thank you Glitchfonic!🤣
To be fair the aim assist on the PlayStation is actually more of a cock block for both Predator and Fireteam. It only even takes effect 10% of the time for predators thank god because whenever it does, you shoot between two Fireteam members instead of killing the downed one and it costs you the match (speaking form experience🤣🤬) for the Fireteam it just sorta makes you shoot AIs instead of the Predator, and if you are only attacking a Predator it’s really not noticeable apart from when you are trying to move your reticle to his head and it won’t move from his ass cheek but yeah😂
It sounds weird, the Predator spawns in on the map 10 seconds earlier than the Fireteam. On several missions you can know which location the Predator will be starting at so you can look in that direction, depending on which infiltration point the FT picks in the lobby.
But i’ve never heard of the Pred being shot at as soon as the cutscene with the roar besides the 4 AI’s in the east part of the map on Derailed before Illfonic changed it.

I think most people i play together with as FT knows that i always stop for a couple of seconds only to have a look for movements in the distant so i’ll know which direction not to turn my back against. 😁
I stop too for coffee and cigarettes, 'cause these days even Preds with Tracker can’t find us for the first 5 minutes.

I mean, there’s been times where I’ve glitched out and was in the match, jumping around for several seconds before my team zoned in. Though, there’s been multiple instances of bullshittery I’ve only ever encountered when I turned on crossplay (which didn’t surprise me with a game like this). I made a complaint about this encounter I had before on the week of Isabelle’s release, where the PC team were a bunch of isabelles sitting in trees. I had to just leave the match because the game wasn’t registering them as being in the trees, so blasting plasma and smart disc at them did nothing and the disc would just get stuck in the tree even though it clearly hit them. Hell, the more I talk about it all, the more I remember why I uninstalled proper.
