I like the idea of having plasma bombs or plasma grenades for the predator. Would be great to use, especially for flushing out camping FT.
Maybe a few different types of grenades would be electric, gas, and plasma.
Plasma -high, instant damage. L2 makes it an impact grenade, R2 makes it have a fuse that lasts 7 seconds. (depending on how long you hold down R2 it takes away fuse time, pred auto throws so when it hits the ground it has 2.5 seconds left)
Energy -low, over time damage. When detonated the area affected lasts for 5/10 seconds, slowing all fireteam in its tracks.
Gas -Mid, constant damage. Can go through walls and the longer FT stays in it the more damage per second from the gas they take.

Thank you, I try to be somewhat creative for these.
I’m thinking the sticky bombs could function the same way with Plasma, Electric, and Gas, but the pred can control when and how many will be detonated. If put on a FT member they can either let it run its course of damage, or a teammate can defuse similar to the Predator bomb, but with only 2 symbols and no timer.
As for poisoning the pigs I like the idea of blurred vision, maybe it lasts for 2:00 or until the next heal by the pred.
If a fireteam is impatient however, maybe they can shoot a pig a certain amount and then it will just be unusable.

Trip mines would be a thing useful for dealing with a Predator shoveling down pigs. And frankly In general it’s just a good thing to setup traps or defensive positions.
I’m not talking even just fireteam, give the Predator a landmine. Yeah fireteam can shoot and disable a bear trap but if they look the same thinking they’re about to pop a bear trap imagine the surprise when they detonate a landmine right in front of them. Goes both ways.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… FT should have lightsabers, the Force, the Pred-killer armor and alien-seeking orbital strikes. THEN the game will be balanced😉.

Honestly all your ideas are great but what I am getting at is traps I love traps its so satisfying to have somebody fall into a trap and the game needs more of them

For traps
Why, yes. Glad you asked.
1.) The FT could throw down large whoopee cushions for Pred to step on and humorously give his position away.
2.) FT could get paint grenades, permanently marking the Predator for the rest of the match.
3.) FT could set magic runes on any surface doing elemental damage to all who passed by.
4.) FT could cut down several trees and set them up Ewok-style to fell any Predator or At-St unfortunately enough to be there (it took the Ewoks about 5 mins to get that ready, FT should have no troubke at all).
5.) FT could chisel out a large, round Boulder to chase the Predator as he nears a trophy and triggers it.
6.) FT could hire local simpletons to enter the jungle and make lots of noise etc, effectively drawing attention away from themselves.
7.) FT could bring a large television and DVD player and set it up to play either hilarious stand up comedy acts or pornography on a loop. One of those is sure to catch the Predators attention and they can literally catch him with his pants down.
8.) FT could bring a large box of puppies or kittens and let them loose. The Predator will have no choice but to cuddle with the bundles of cuteness and then FT can spray his/her brains all over the jungle.
9.) FT could dig a large pit, fill it with snakes and cover it with sticks and when the Predator falls in, he get bitten by said snakes and thennFT can pee on him from the rim of the pit.
10.) Finally, FT could set a large bowl of candy outside of their gingerbread house and when the Predator enters to get them, they throw him in the oven!

Not until pred is in a better spot.
No mines, no cc effects, no DoT effects for ft until balance I’d better.
