The same guys that are working on this new content aren’t the guys on the pipeline that would be fixing this issue. Dev teams are awfully layered.

Dude Remember Zelda occaria of time? or Splinter cell chaos theory or metroid prime? those guys didnt care about money they put their hearts and soles into the game to make it as fun as possabble for the sake of it being fun and no other reason. no todays games suck.

so um after trying to fix my problem anyone else notice that Engry bug that was happing too the Jungle hunter predator but to every predator now?

Also Just Formated my PC and trying it now Fingers crossed

Another day has passed. Wiping and reformatting my machine works, but is not an option for me. Still waiting on support.

Content, software, etc… It is only 4 more hours… And all of the hours after that to get everything else up and running.

I see this has been a long issue, and I want to thank you for all your patience so far. I’m working on the investigation, and I need to verify I understand the issue correctly.

After th pre-purchase bonus content was added to your account, you are able to access it while logged into a different computer, but not when you are using it in your computer, is this correct?

If this is the case, please follow the steps below to clear the launcher’s cache (this should not erase any game data):

  1. Close the Epic Games Launcher.

  2. Open your Start menu, type in %localappdata%, press Enter.

  3. Locate the EpicGamesLauncher folder. Delete it completely. Please don’t delete any other folders.

  4. Restart your computer.

  5. Run the Launcher.

If none of those steps help you solve the issue please let me know and I’ll investigate the issue further,
