Another day has passed. Wiping and reformatting my machine works, but is not an option for me. Still waiting on support.
I’m sorry but I refuse to reformat my entire pc for an issue that is illfonics fault, I do appreciate what u and others are doing tho.

After th pre-purchase bonus content was added to your account, you are able to access it while logged into a different computer, but not when you are using it in your computer, is this correct?
If this is the case, please follow the steps below to clear the launcher’s cache (this should not erase any game data):
Close the Epic Games Launcher.
Open your Start menu, type in %localappdata%, press Enter.
Locate the EpicGamesLauncher folder. Delete it completely. Please don’t delete any other folders.
Restart your computer.
Run the Launcher.
If none of those steps help you solve the issue please let me know and I’ll investigate the issue further,

they really need to fix this themselves, absolutely ridiculous the measures that it takes to fix this
I would love to be able to help more, but my hands are tied here, it depends on the answers and solutions that Epic provides us… I keep in touch with them looking for the problem and a solution for all of you.

Nothing newwww. It has been… Almost a month since I have bought this game and this content and not yet received it.
Epic responded again today, and told me to go contact Illfonic. Which I have.
Epic has contacted me after all this time of silence, his problem is serious because each time a different operator attends me… then all the advanced stuff is useless.
As I say his response was not pleasant at all.
Epic Store answers today:

Exactly! They’re willfully ignoring the issue and pretending that the content existing on our account is the same as us having it.
Again today I was told that you should talk to the illfonic…
Unfortunately I don’t know how else I can be of help to those who have this problem but we have been fighting day by day for almost a month and it seems that we only go around in circles :(
