I for one ain’t happy that Disney owns predator they already Fuckin it up and the movie hasnt even gone into production yet. The reason for Disney monopolizing the entire entertainment industry is to push woke bullshit on everything they own while not really having to care wether we like it or not because while they screw up classics they still have their core dianey material to rake in the cash. This is my opinion but its backed by recent moves and calls Disney has made to things like star wars etc. Its fuckin garbage Disney can eat a bag of dicks

Its not even tied into anything. Really if you called the movie anything else you wouldn’t even know what character he’s supposed to be as the movie’s ashamed of leaning into the superhero/supervillain angle. Its so grounded that its a standalone film dissecting social commentary, mental illness, and class warfare and occasionally references the Waynes as the 1% to remind you this is all actually supposed to be related to batman somehow. There’s no guy in tights grapple hooking around its not even the same genre. Its nice as an art film and all but I dont consider it a batman movie in any sense, nothing villainish about it just feels like a leftover script from a different movie with names changed around

It doesn’t need to be tied directly into some cinematic universe just cuz thats how Marvel operates. It’s a DC movie, its a DC character, and regardless of how true to source it is, it’s a version of the Joker just like Nicholson or Romero or even fuckin Leto. It is what it is but I do agree it’s hardly connected to the bigger story.

Why is brothers in quotations. And also, Disney was gonna make a movie about a 16 year old girl killing a predator. Yeah… I hope they win the suit and Disney loses predator immediately. It’s seems NO ONE (including the folks that made this game) understand this franchise. Which is BAFFLING cause it’s so fucking simple. Space alien hunter, hunts down macho bad asses. Space alien hunter is scary. Space alien hunter will skin you Alive and rip out your skull. Macho bad asses have machine guns (not laser cannons and such) and say cool one liners. And that about wraps it up. Disney does not need to put the final nail in our beloved franchise

I dunno if they really are I’m going by articles here and ya but what if they can’t afford what Disney can do? Even if Disney doesn’t do a good job some people like this game will continue to get content or even get better, if the brothers win this game dies
Good. Then we’ll get a better game hopefully. AVP 2010 and concrete jungle kick the shit outa this game. Leaping around like a loud bashing hulk and spamming nothing but plasma down range cause nothing else works against 4 mans is not a fun predator game

No sir, you might be young but that’s how most 80s action movies were, very camp. Very niche. The fact they added a bit of a horror element is more credit to its originality than evidence of B quality. Do you consider Terminator a B movie?

B movies in the 80s were a whole other level of campy. While not exactly a blockbuster, Predator wasn’t a B movie at the time.
Remember too B movies are usually based on budgets, Pred had a nice one for the time and was the 10th highest grossing movie that year. It may seem like a “B” movie by comparison today, but it is certainly not
There were not just some horror elements. The entire second half of the movie is essentially a slasher.
First Terminator is a B movie, yes. B movies can take themselves, their premise rather seriously.

Well at least we got a update it could be for the longest time until we hear about the lawsuit but I do agree with you about the brothers getting their license back and hope to give someone who can afford to make this series great again
