My beef with T3 is that it essentially had to create a whole second skynet, which basically retcons the whole 2nd movie. T2 wrapped nice, skynet prevented, no war no end of humanity. Now it’s skynet 2.0 with his kid…which is not the same world Kyle Reese came from really.
Alien 3 stuck with the story good…even if it was a shitty story. Resurrection was the same deal as T3 though “Wait…go back we can make more money”.

And it’s not canon by any logically account either as this film literally cannot exist within the Alien universe and make any sense. Bro Covenant sucked on so many levels, it was unreal. I really wanted to like that movie, but my brain and logical thinking were just saying “NO”.
I was laughing when Ridley said that he’s convinced that Fox will give him a green light for another Alien movie, I literally said, “this guy lost it”.
Yeah, Alien 3 was something different, but not bad, I liked 1st and 2nd more than 3rd but it is what it is.
It’s a shame that franchise like that is just on the table, with no plans or whatever to move forward.

The only Terminator movie after T3 that I’ve watched was Dark Fate I think, with Bale as the main actor. All the others, I didn’t even bother watching tbh.

But it’s just not. It’s unfortunate they didint really take there time, write an awesome story, and give us the connected universe all us fans deserve. Instead we got rushed out incoherent stuff.

Prometheus and Covenant were top tier trolling. If I think of them like that I can not be pissed. Like an April fools prank I’m not really cool with but I get it was supposed to be all in good fun ya know lol
When I watched Prometheus and finished watching it, it really felt unfinished, like when you take a solid video/movie and just cut it to pieces on random, glue it together and there it is, it just felt badly edited and unfinished.
It did pose some good questions, like why would they create us and then try to destroy us etc.
Also Alien Queen Mural in the ship etc, it had some nice things going on.
Then after watching it, I downloaded the parts of the movie that were cut off and I was in enigma, why some of the essential parts were cut off, that would actually explain some stuff, just connect the dots.
And then the Covenant dropped after, killed everything off from the previous movie and now an Android has made Alien’s, right.
