And that’s ok. Again, everyone has their tastes and if it ain’t your thing, at least you tried something new. Gotta keep an open mind

It WAS very fun. Then we reached campaign 3. The frames drop worse than even hunting grounds.
Then you teach campaign 4… it’s UNPLAYABLE. like atrocious frame drops and you literally just teleport around the map. And enemies who have quick time events when they leap on you, the quick time events just don’t pop up. So you just die

It has the same issue with ai spawing out of thin air too
Got my first salty team, these guys left me to handle a swarm and ran off to the objective only to get downed by another swarm and blame me for sticking behind to fend off both.

Whoever says is boring is probably playing in casual difficulty with AI bots that play very OP.
The gameplay is repetitive… of course… is like L4D where you fight hordes of zombies, but instead you fight hordes of aliens. Doom games are also repetitive and are still great games.
The scenery is beautiful and for any hardcore fan of the franchise, this is a must.
I’m more of an Aliens fan than Predator so… maybe my opinion is biased. But I liked the game.
Few bugs here and there but not surprising for a $40 game at launch

It is. There isn’t a single problem in the game that it doesn’t decide it needs a horde to be thrown at the player.
Like if you thought Hunting Grounds was bad you haven’t seen anything. No minigames, no alternative win conditions, no stealth. You’re just going corridor after corridor fighting waves of robots and or Aliens, all are damage sponges.
people would play tf out of a pvp campaign w/ invasions but dime a dozen UE4 devs are lame as hell and don’t play their own games so they don’t know what’s actually fun anymore they just mindlessly copy generic concepts from eachother so people will go WELL UH HEY ITS A GAME ATLEAST IT WORKS I GUESS.
PHG I give a pass because its asymmetrical 4v1 and there are none on the market besides DBD, atleast they made their own game. Same with F13.
A lot of the time its like back4blood where they just drop real pvp because they can’t figure out how to balance it with their stat stick perk system making broken combos for the 4 man squad.

adaptive bots are still more worthy opponents than 90% of the potato player base PHG has.
There is actually a challenge compared to HG, which is full of headless chickens

There is an Abubakar Salim face im using in the game believe it or not (no voice though), and there looks like a Bayek face as well coincidentally.
So was playing aliens fireteam last night and glitched it to have 4 fireteam including myself. We rescued that guy from the 1st chapter so there was a total of 5 ppl including the AI guy we rescued. Worked fine until we died and returned to base. Everyone was still there but once we tried to start the mission it wouldn’t work. Gonna see if its a glitch we can do all the time tonight.
Adaptive is a bold statement given they spawn right in front of you and are unmoving even when under fire. Maybe it’s spawns relative to how the player progresses but I’ve seen the same warriors and the same drones.
The drones don’t even sneak up on you. You just wait by the nearest hole and they’ll run out of that. They follow you but only in that they’re next spawn will be the nearest vent or hole. You can merc the thing simply by waiting nearby.
