they notice you are the only one firing at it, you are screwed
best thing you can try and do is hide, but then one of the potatoes decides to go to you, unmudded… is like… fuck… there’s no winning with them, they either ignore you when you need them or follow you and give away your position when you don’t need them to
at least bots mudup when you do and fire when a pred is doing melee

Wtf is that logic man? Then anything is op against potatoes. I can use the plasma vs them they die, I can use the disk they still die…I jump in with the wrist blades guess what? They die! Potatoes are fking potatoes, anybody with half a brain can win in pubs. Until you start playing as predator, don’t talk about what’s OP and what isn’t. Better listen to those who play both sides equally.

So, if you are in a team with 3 potatoe randoms and you see yourself 1v1 against the Predator ypu have the same odds no matter what weapon he uses?

It’s the dmg stacking. Idk why there’s so much rage about it when with a lil’ practice, anything other than scout class can’t hit you with it cos it’s so damn slow. Fr tho, the parry mechaninc and insane amount of damage stacking you can do with a good recon build + a knife is thoroughly deep-fried.

No, if he is going to use better weapons its gonna be harder of course, doesnt have to be the axe. But its a different type of 1v1 when the Predator targets attacking only me cus he knows me, when that is the case he is probably someone that has been playing for a while and is okay at the game so I have a higher chance of losing.
Potato preds don’t know anyone in the community, they might have the Axe but if they attack the randoms which is usually the case since they stand out in the open for the Predator to attack, you can just shoot the Predator and he might go second wind in the process of trying to get a kill. I had that happen most of the time yesterday while I was streaming.

Maybe i didn’t explain well.
What i’m trying to say is if a Pred faces a coordinated team with the Axe, even if he can down 1 FT and claim him he’s gonna pay the price and be 2nd winded.
Against a potato FT, even if 1 of them is a good player, the Pred is still gonna be capable of down that good player w/o receiving any significant damage and the rest of the match will be a ride in the park…
Talking about balance is getting old, maybe this is why the community is a year or more behind in game knowledge due to adaptation issues
