My question is do they know how poor the matchmaking is?
Are they too busy putting forth all these players money to future new games?
I mean to have a playable product at the BARE MINIMUM is needed.
Yet we are still struggling here as consumers.

Maybe this explains it? @Elliott626 . Plus in an early patch they noted the matchmaking was putting the people at the front of the ques , to the back instead of connecting . So who knows what’s going on
Im still lead to believe they are using P2P servers still cause of shit ping we get and how the server i based on around one guy in game.
So like u get like one guy whos ping is 20 and others are 96-144
In the EU u get like people with 4ms ping upto 12ms and then pred would be at 96ms
Theres the old saying of “you get what you pay for”, they opted to cut 70% off their servers cost and it could be a factor , that doesn’t mean its at the server end as it could be at illfonics end .
And im not sure how the servers work but i know how its supposed to work and gather 5 people who pings are close in proximity and not like gathering US people and putting them in EU… or reverse roles

They went with a cheaper option , so its asking for trouble if that is what the issue is . Its rare I get into a eu server but from anything I seen ? America is by far the biggest playerbase
For me 100-130 is average and seeing 200 would not really surprise me. I think the lowest I can recall getting was around 30-40, but that was 1 in a million.

I’ve no idea how much of that works , I did read , so this isn’t coming from me (I only read it) , higher ping would actually give them somewhat of an advantage? It makes you wonder about a “top” pred that only hosts private matches, and has upward of 900 ping
I have had some 0 ping games, I dont have the best Internet speed either
James Cameron needs to share his advanced tech servers!
My guess is they can’t fix it. People have complained about it since day zero and although to the devs credit, there have been improvements, it’s still very buggy.
James Cameron would bet that we have all lost several hours at least due to this. Add it up and we are talking lifetimes.
