Come on lad, Assassin one hit killed a Pred and ripped his spine off, we know Predators can easily rip humans apart and surviving extreme punishment, now imagine a Predator that can easily rip others Predators apart and tank even more punishment. A big ass log falling on the head of a normal Predator didn’t killed him on spot, but a punch of that beast bashed Fugitive’s head in, that’s how strong that thing was.

Engineers are strong, but they are no warriors, a woman can fight against one armed with only a axe, and this guy is supposed to be a military. Even Fugitive, who was hinted as a scientist, killed armed soldiers while un-armed and escaped a base using the basic gear and no camo.

Fugitive died to Weaponry that Engineer Defense already should negate through the fact that Plasma Caster bolts can destory whole starships. Ripping humans apart is a kiddie feat in the world of Predator or Alien. Xenomorphs rip apart people with just their claws, and tear them apart by the arm and leg for kicks. Also, I’d say that genuine Military Predators such as the Blazer armed with heat lasers hotter than the cores of most stars, or say the Hydra, with Electroshock Missiles that serve as Mini EMP rockets have more of a chance than this glorified Bane ripoff.

Is not about ripping humans apart, is about ripping a PREDATOR apart, they are durable as hell and extremly resistent, but Assassin can rip one Predator apart just like how a normal Predator can to a human.

Probably, but the thing is a normal Predator is more deadly, even when un-armed, then a Engineer is.

yeah…the predator is a damn mistake, trying to make the predator the classic alien invader doubled with stupidity and of course the overglorified hybrid stuff urh. may that movie remain in a grave for eternity.

Tho the predator wormhole technology, need to stay its cool to have a spaceship technology who is not based on star wars, stargate or startrek.

I didn’t, I used it as a reference as what Assassin could do to normal Predators, considering what they can survive.

I did, but others Predators were capable to do much more even when un-armed when compared to Ahab, Scarface for exemple killed a hulking Predator, fought against more deadly beings, and was put against odds more then once.
And in movies, the most concrete feats we can use, Fugitive>Engineer.

Fugitive is a complicated subject, with the Human genetic shit and what not. Regardless, he wasn’t anything special, and if anything, he’s lesser for being caught by Stargazer, the literally worse organization to ever try capturing Predators.

Scarface is an exceptional character. Taller than most Yautja, survived for 100 years in a arid death world with nonthing but a spear and the blades in his gauntlet, and faced an entire neo-metropolis that he created himself through his own actions. Armed with some of the literal best gear the Yautja Race has to offer, Mines that lock down nervous systems, Weapons forged in Plasma.

And you want to say that Fugitive, a Predator with very little screen time and is technically lesser than the other movie preds can beat an Engineer.

I would say the movie has interesting points that could be used, but the lack of direction(Fox and Shane constatly backtracking), plot points and overall execution.
If I could save some things and change others, it would be:
-Liked: Predators having genitically improved units
-Change: Predators don’t go around improving themselfs by collecting DNA, only exploring, hunting, etc
-Liked: Predators has multiple worlds
-Change: They aren’t conquereors, but colonizers
-Throw in a garbage bin: Predator Killer

Like I said, he was hinted to be scientist, and yet he managed to fight against armed soldiers while un-armed and killed multiple soldiers using only a wrist blade, plasma caster and shurriken(no camo).
Plus, he was extremly fast jumping tree to tree, this already proves he has superior mobility and skill when compared to the Engineer in Prometheus, maybe not the same physical prowess, but then again, Predators are known for taking bigger and stronger opponents.
