If that’s true then why do I win at least half my games as predator? Ive ended some games so fast I only get a little over 3k xp as predator cause the match is so short. some games I get 6 kills? Ive only ever had my mask shot off once. Sometime I feel like the predator is op. But its all credited to the time ive put in freeplay cause the pred learning curve is huge and players aren’t willing to take time to figure it out so you demand being spoon fed a massive buff so you can just run in and 4v1 a fireteam with out much thought and hulk smash everyone…

like I said in my original post. fire team is simple playstyle we have learned over years of playing fps games like cod. Predator is different. He requires trying something new and difficult so most players will suck at first trying to 4v1 cod players
if you dont think the predator isnt weak you either got lucky with who your matched with or you havent been playing enough

ok. record it. show us beating over half of the players or teams. also maybe they are utter potatoes or new. only shot off once … the predator is op. im not buying it. spoon fed. the fireteam is over powered they are literally like mobile juggernauts lmao … ok moving on. because this is just laughable that you think you want the pred or anyone to be spoon fed when these 4 are literally the equivalent of an army in strength and power.
haha right my man. after 5 games as predator I just about gave up cause I really felt like I couldn’t win. But patience and training has paid off.

yeah he played against potatoes im telling you. a competent team would of spotted him no matter where and ripped him to shreds. unless hes going beserker mode. not saying he is. mask only shot off once. yeah right. lol
And Like I said in my post. We end matches in 3-4 minutes by splitting up and then slaughtering the poor predator. Literally trying to make it more challenging. I can see that trash cloak from so far away, and as soon as I hear them clicks all it takes is spamming the mark button and boom there you are. Popping masks off is a cakewalk and thanks to the trash melee tracking I can run past a berserker combi pred and knife him to death.
Predator is a joke. Fireteam is boring. You might have a good handle, but the majority dont and pretty soon they’re just gonna shut the game off and play something else. And I dont blame them.

you make a good point there. I guess I just wouldn’t want to have the pred over buffed so pred can be successful with little effort. On the other hand of the spectrum its fun to be challenged to me. it forces you to get creative with plan of attack and using gears like motion sensor and decoys. the pred is strongest when he uses his recourses and planned angles of attack while the marines are forced to sit on objectives.

same i can hear him directionally too with my headphones just seems how they made it to be … footsteps too. draw distance on pc i can see him hop from tree to tree run along the cliff edges the rocks. doesnt matter where he goes that cloak might as well be a mirror saying here i am shoot me please im just for target practice plus spot spamming where he goes lol. yep im bored of fireteam already i want to play pred but due to his inconsistencies i am not subjecting myself to that. yep i already have been doing just that like you said. shut the game off went to play aliens vs predator 2010 because it was on sale … lol. i like the game or love it but illfonic need to get a patch out asap. im glad they made a statement thats a plus so thanks for that illfonic
im lvl 75 and only play predator games. I still haven’t used my double xp boost from pre ordering the game. last night I almost beat a full pc fireteam and one im pretty sure was hacking. heres a link I posted on yt of it

im tellin yea the predator cant really use anything other the the Plasmacaster and the combistick and its not because its so good its because the other options are so bad
look man i agree that the Combistick is a bit much i wanna play scout and use the bow and the hand held plasma caster but if you run that build you asking to lose and all im asking is make each option good if you know how to use it
yeah a 25 second clip means nothing. and oh yeah they ended up murdering you and you had to detonate the bomb … nothing more needs to be said really. you are right the pred is potato but if he wants to pretend. well. or be in denial then sure. wait till he comes against a competent team who can see him. if he hasnt already

yea head shots are fuck up i tested it with my friend it deals like 4x more Dmg if you land one
Im sorry but you must be lucky and are not going against any good fireteams. You fight my group i gurantee ill spot you as you come and lay into you with final sniper. Its just ridiculous how easy it is to kill predator. Im talking from a FT standpoint. I play ranged pred and melee if i can get it but they have to many heals to do any good plus the reinforcements are just dumb. It makes taking on the predator that much easier. Its a fun game and i love it but it needs some tweaks before it dies.

while you may be right, i can’t say i’ve gone against any easy teams like you have.
Most predator abilities are easily dodged. most predator stalking is easily noticed, a decent fireteam will carry a revolver/sniper/grenade launcher, regardless of face tanking, range viability is piss-poor.
When you get spotted, you have to get out of the area for abit, in that time the objective can be rushed.
Evacuating is also easily done.
But the main issue relies the predator being utterly away from the fireteam, and then when you fire a shot its easily located and follow ups are dodged. if you tell me otherwise, i’d say you are going against bad fireteams.
The fireteam is spoon fed with too many advantageous scenarios. while i agree the predator learning curve is intense, there’s too much to compensate on what the fireteam is given as a guarantee.
