Agree, nobody is complaining about it for a rason.
Oh and I’ve said the stacking is the problem a while back and that they should do something about it. 1 is fine, stacking more that can help one another is a big problem.
I’ve felt like I’ve been doing less damage then before but DistubedLlama said he tested it and its no change.

Yeah but how did he test it. Point blank or the pred at a distance. The preds armor buff is definitely there. It would not be evident at point blank tho. Thats just common sense.
No idea, perhaps you can ask him. At a distance I did feel a difference, but I tough its just my imagination.
the mask actually is “armor” thoughat least i think so as it has damage reduction
predator takes less dmg when shot in the mask up until it breaks you can avoid it by shooting them in the back of the head though
so i assume when it talks about armor it’s talking about that
or maybe it only applies in 2nd wind

I think its there. I was playing without imp all last night. I would be able to pester and deal damage and still feel good enough to enter for a quick melee fight and have enough life to flee without fear of 2nd wind cause It feels like you have chip damage at certain values
It definitely is. Was shot by two sawz 50 while not moving and took less than 10% damage was also within there effective range as well. Like they both said they got the 125xp for the shot but it didn’t feel like it
Well I got no clue, some people seem to say it does, others it does not. Man the devs not giving us details so is frustrating.
I haven’t been able to figure out and I’ve asked twice in the patch notes. I’m not sure it’s the mask. Lost mine pretty quick last night, but I don’t often lose it and have never tested numbers either so I don’t have a basis for comparison
are you running impen/Ironsides? cause i dont’ feel that at all when i’m playing 2 days ago took 4 sawz shots lost 60% of my hp and i run impen on my hunter they were running sniper/fanatic no bane
i was playing with the PC folk and i was still dying just as fast when we weren’t running higher hp values
No. I took them off for the test last night. I was taking way less damage to a point. Like when I dropped below 25% the real damage started. After I dropped below that 1 sawz50 shot took me down a normal amount. But then when at 10% I was able to take a shot and not get 2nd winded. Was dam near close but was not. Im sure If i has the two perks I would have been able to take 2 shots at that low health

i’m still fighting predators getting similar damage values per game 1-2k
either done to me or others per player
if predator was taking damage the values should be lower
and they aren’t the averages are staying the same
then when i’m playing i’m still losing 20+% of my hp whenever i get seen by anyone who can actually aim
Maybe your testing at a too close of a range or what. I cant really tell you its what I was experiencing in private and public hunts.
Was Monday before the patch
today is thursday my friend at least here in the US
it is insanely easly in public games (atleast for experienced pred players)
but in private games or against good teams its hard. I like that challange, I rather lose, but tried my best and learned from the match, than finishing a public match in below 2 minutes…
The fact we can balance things out now is very good, especially if you have many people to play/talk with and you can talk about which settings you will use. We (people in our discord) want to have a challange on both sides. Because the game itself has a bs balance. But with that update we have so many new things to try out and balance. It really helped us and now also players who just started to play the game or just suck at pred lol, can win there matches, by handicapping the FT.
But I can tell you, decent preds / experienced players win 80% of there matches in public games.

albeit i personally havne’t bothered to test it as i assume it’s a lie or it applies to a niche situation like mask / second wind
and when i’m playing it still feels the same as i’m watching my hp move at the same speed as last patch in every situation previously i’ve been in
same with when i’m on FT and other people or me are dealing dmg
but i gotta clock in the job soon so i’ll come back to this when i’m on break in like 2 hours
I was able to quick claim a medic in front of three deadlies while they shot me and was able to escape without a 2nd wind using the new pred with out imp or ironsides. Maybe its just the new pred i didnt play much with the other the lately
