so you haven’t answered my question. Is the view distance in Doom Eternal capable of viewing everything on the center of the map all the way to edge of the map? You guys seem to want to argue about this ALL DAY LONG without me actually TELL YOU because you won’t answer my question.

You’re trying to make an arguement of Doom Eternal being optimized and getting 144 FPS on 1440P . So this is like what? An enclosed environment with a set number of triangles? Think about the rendering budget.
The enclosed environment set in a jungle won’t render the jungle. It only renders whats in the room you’re in.
If you’re in a map that is ONLY jungle, the entire jungle needs a level of detail thats good enough, then it also has an rendering radius, and believe me thats pretty large in itself.
Then you need to take in count that the it loads parts of the jungle while you’re running through it.
