Sometimes matches go sideways. It happens. Donāt beat yourself up. Overall youāre a solid pred and thatās here to stay. Youāll only get better if you play this kind of competition.

Thatās probably the plan. Claim. Second wind. Reinforcements. Claim. Second wind. 1 v 3. Second wind may be avoided at times, but it should be expected.
Yeah I make it no secret I have no intention of straying too far from the Fireteam. Thatās how they get the Mission done faster or manage to mud up & evade me easier. I saw you all as 3 Assaults with 1 Recon, and thought to myself āAhh, slower than average minus the Recon, thisāll be easy. Just gotta abuse cover & heal on vantage points they have a harder time aiming up at.ā And truth be told I have zero clue how I missed you at point blank with that Netgun. On my end it looked like it connected but then exploded on your face and you werenāt netted and I was like āOh shit, oh fuck.ā
And the fact you had me using the Caster at all is unbearable for me. I hate it. I hate sticking at range like that. You completely shut my playstyle down, because Iām a Rushdown kinda guy. To use some Fighting Game terms, I Zone at first by throwing out one or two fully charged bolts to soften the team up and get them hopping around to avoid the splash damage. I quickly rush in and try to either net someone and open them up for a few combos or throw my Combi then net them then do some combi hits on them before leaping away to reset position and open up with the Caster again.
In this match you guys had me hanging back more than Iām comfortable with because I couldnāt find safe openings to hit & run with. The last time I fought Mojo & the gang I was able to apply this playstyle pretty much fairly often and it even netted me a good claim on their Field Medic Dante. This one everyoneās aim was seemingly way better and you all pushed up on me more. Last time it felt like I was the aggressor more, this one you were actively forcing me back.

Oh yeah I have no care for getting 2nd Winded. Iāll eat that damage if it lets me do more damage in return. Iāve shrugged off over 9.7K damage from one dude alone as Scout in a match. How bloody & bruised I come out has no meaning to me so long as the other guys die in the process. Generally how I catch most people off guard. They expect Preds to hang back a lot these days and play it safe. Screw that, Iām gonna keep Hit & Running and applying pressure. I have speed, I have 4 Medkits, I can afford a few 2nd winds.

recommend poking as much as possible and destroying as many healing factorsā¦ and if you come across the re spawn point at all thats in your favor as well. The trick to winnning vs a good pred is not to chase that pred ever even on second windā¦ he could possibly kill you from 100 to zero with little hp
I think thatās what good preds know how to do well is use melee effectively. You have to see the situations when they come up. Itās risky, but it could be and easy kill and claim.
Yuppers not only did you avoid them for ages until they caught you in Quick Play you came here and bitched at them for your loss even though they complimented you for playing well.
I KNOW this failure is on me and they played well & outplayed me and that I could do better because I DID do better against them last time. I underestimated them due to them not being all PC this time and having no field medics and I paid the price. The game isnāt unbalanced or in Fireteamās favour here, I simply just didnāt do as well as I did last time and I gave a bad performance as a result. Just means I have to work harder for the next time we all play together. Not gonna sit here and claim the game isnāt in predās favour because I got my ass kicked, thatās on me not the game.

not when all 4 remain together at all timesā¦ its either you get them all or its going to be a lot of down and revive since support can absorb a lot of dmg for the team

Itās on them for hyping you up. Yuppers was telling you the truth at first but you didnāt listen. When psycho put up the invite for a forth player I didnāt hesitate to turn it down because I knew how this was gonna turn out.

Yuppers can kiss my ass. I donāt gon in expecting to win against these teams, I go in expecting a fun time. And I still have that even when I fail. Whatās important is I donāt come out of these blaming the game and it earns me their respect. Theyāre still telling me not to be hard on myself and that Iām the best PS4 Pred they play against, but if I just went off their word Iād never get anywhere. I have to work & earn that title and youāre goddamn right Iām gonna keep working for it.
its simple mathā¦ each ft member has roughly 350hpā¦ or moreā¦ which means your gonna have to do over 1400 dmg as pred. If you look at a pred kit it can barely muster up much of anything escept plasma spam and discā¦ throw in low ping and projectiles come out late espically when fighting teams extremely far away in other countries. Every predator attack is projectile and if you even hit all your shots and play a perfect gameā¦ the FT will come out if they play just as perfectā¦ so your not going to understand until you get it in your headā¦ you will win 1 game out of 8 if your luckyā¦ you being on ps4 it may be 1 out of 20
