Hmmm, I didn’t know trying to support the developer by requesting to purchase digital goods that nobody else payed extra for was privelage.
What lies? The pre-ordering the digital deluxe edition thing? Well excuse me, and all the other people who couldn’t keep an eye out 2 days before the game released to see there was a digital deluxe edition finally available for pre-order, I MEAN IT’S NOT LIKE THERE WAS ANYTHING IMPORTANT OTHER THAN PREDATOR HUNTING GROUNDS GOING ON OR ANYTHING. Not only that, but who the hell announces a digital deluxe version 2 days before the game comes out, it’s almost as if they didn’t want anyone to pre-order a digital deluxe version.
And finally, those that did pre-order the game, and did everything they were supposed to do, didn’t get the pre-order bonus as well, and epic nor illfonic is able to help them.
OOOOOOOOOOON top of that, the pre order bonus is still being advertised on their website, so… yeah.
Im level 100 and i dont have skin 87…i would like to obtain it…

All I was suggesting is, since there are alot of people saying they didn’t get their pre order bonus, and have exhausted their solutions to obtain it, that Illfonic should just make it available to obtain by reaching max lvl in the game. Because I’m sure most people who pre-ordered have reached max lvl already, since it only take about 2 days of game time to do so.
The reason I suggested that is, because they aren’t even replying to posts on the forum, so I assume they are busy working on the game, because there are currently still some major bugs in the game, and it would be easier to unlock it, rather than going through each trouble ticket on this subject and then validate that they pre-ordered. I’ve seen in a post on here that Illfonic themselves are referring people to have Epic help them, and Epic is referring them to Illfonic because they can’t or are unable to help them with this specific issue, Hell, if you see in the picture one guy had it one day, and lost it the next!
I totally understand the frustration that those people that bought it must feel but the solution ISN’T giving it away at lvl 100. Then the players that did pay and receive it feel shafted. Simple
First off, no you don’t understand, your whole demeanor and lack of empathy pretty much shows that.
Second off, the solution would be just to contact Epic and have them fix the problem. But that, as far as I’ve seen on both this forum and the sub reddit, is not happening. Mainly because there is kind of a pandemic going on right now, and there are more important things going on than video games rn, hence, why alot of us didn’t pre order the game, that and a lack of marketing.
And finally, you didn’t pay any more than anyone else, you got it through pre order!
