I do want the skin, BUT, you are missing the whole point of the post.
I suggested that they make it a lvl 100 unlock because, the people who pre ordered it are likely already max level, while the people who didn’t probably like the game, but aren’t as vested in it as the people who pre ordered it. That way, not only does everyone have access to it, but you can clearly see who has at least reached max lvl.
