Sorry but no, it should not be paid DLC. No one that has it, paid for it. If it’s released, then it should be one of the last DLCs and given out around Christmas 2020. A discount wouldn’t be appropriate. While I’m happy that I have it because I took initiative, I would not be angry because it was given to other people as a Christmas gift to the consumers.
