I gotta agree with the latter here, I don’t see any solid proof to condemn and/or incriminate anyone from either party. I don’t have anything against anyone involved and don’t plan to.
If this really is an issue that needs to be resolved, taking it to the forums is not the best idea. You need to contact Sony and report this. They have the right to look into everything as is their terms of service. I’d recommend contacting them directly instead of using their forum help pages, which hasn’t really helped me much at all considering how much trouble I’ve had with Sony since I switch to PS4 from Xbox 360.

I’ve already taken it to Sony as I spoke with them on the phone and came up with a resolution as the parties involved will hopefully get a warning so that’s all done there.
I agree I shouldn’t have went to the forum about this and instead should have kept it in private parties. Sadly my judgement was none the wiser.
