Very Unlikely. More likely to get a Pred v Pred mode at this point. Plus Fireteam is literally half of the game. This is like asking From Software to make a Story Mode Difficulty for Elden Ring.

  1. everyone picks the same classes and just brainlessly wails at with the highest dps melee weapon because there are no melee mechanics

  2. everyone stands in the trees tickling eachother with projectile weapons bunnyhopping around

Game is even less of a game without the FT in it to mix things up/secure kills. The FT has a much easier time dealing damage to a pred because they’re designed for it and deal a million times more damage with their hitscan weapons.

The best they could do is make some kind of battle royale where pred and FT can focus fire (so Clash) or have some incentive to pick off or assist an already injured pred.
but pred vs pred by itself is a joke & just a silly attrition battle with nothing to support it.

Clash only half works because FT is there to deal half the damage for you and all you have to do is pressure the enemy pred and keep him from healing.

Modes with less FT would be great. Imagine a match between 2 Preds, each with two humans as backup.

It makes sense now why you think exclusive pred pvp would be good. You refuse to play Clash so you haven’t seen the reality that is Clash pred pvp. Naturally it sounds great in your head.

Clash isn’t great, bc you have to most likely play FT, but new modes would be easy to add.

I’d like to see an indoor map, maybe between two teams with opposing goals. The map wouldn’t have to be large either. The teams could vary depending on the match settings.

Outdoor maps are obviously best, but variety and novelty are lacking in this game so, it’d be nice to see new modes of play.

With the garbage pred camera trying to clip through the wall and FT bodyblocking you in doorways? Really?

It rotates and you put the odds in your favor by cooking a grenade at roundstart and throwing it at the point. Congrats now you have your epic pred vs pred mode.

The “indoor” map would just mean artificial light sources and no sky. No pigs either.

It’d have huge warehouse rooms and cool labs, foreboding corridors and a survival horror vibe.

Now Ik for sure we’re playing entirely different games so i’ll leave you to imagining a survival horror game mode with elaborate indoor predator pvp dodging around crates & two FT spectators that you don’t want to play as.

Your imagination is pretty limited if that’s the scenario you came up with. I was thinking the indoor map would work for a Pred vs Pred duel mode.

I’d like a city map for a multiple pred hunt, like a team of two preds vs 6 to 8 FT. Advantages the FT would have due to firepower could be nullified by the map itself, maybe having goals that require the FT to split up.

But even using existing maps, new modes could be easily introduced.

I want to you try clash for once and try to “duel” each enemy pred.
What you have on your hands here is potentially the worst fighting game ever. Which is why Clash has FT.

Unbalanced and trash. No foliage, limited cover. No predkour system to support it. The best they could do is basically the swamp area of back water but with a street in the middle where you duck behind cars and play frogger.
There’s your city map with its glorious severely limited movement options.

Before you try to imagine how awesome an indoor map would be if you just fill it with skyscrapers and fire escapes (or whatever people usually make up for this), jump through that building with the skylight and try to down 1 FT without dying with just 1 other FT in the room. Better yet, try to jump back out the skylight with your arcing leap and shitty 3rd person camera and then you’ll understand why everyone’s moved on from discussing a city map.

They can’t even be assed to replicate movie skins properly or add weapons but you think they’ll rework the entirety of the traversal system for 1 map?
Been over all this before.

They could use the original jungle map for a 1 vs 1 between Preds. It wouldn’t be perfect but it’d que fast and it’d likely be fun for Predator fans who have absolutely zero inspiration to play FT.

The city map would be great, haters just aren’t artists. Hence no vision for such things.
