You do realize beer and jelou have both compiled lists of issues and sent them to illfonic via forums, email, xhitter, and other media, right? A response doesn’t mean anything, dude… they fix bugs that no one cares about and pretend they did something. How long did it take to get the fanatic exploit fixed? Was that you? Did you take your big brain and go to illfonic hq and do that work? Or was it a string of unpaid interns dealing with spaghetti code with no comments?

If they don’t care, it’s only b/c of all the hate this community gives them. When the game first game out, good ol’ sam and friends did nothing but shit on them. If nothing gets patched, you can only blame yourselves. I however, appreciate them, as a fellow dev.

People keep moaning about how pred needs to be buffed, and FT needs to be nerfed (6 years later), but that’s a skill issue. They can’t keep adjusting stats to fit everybodys’ needs and complaints. It just isn’t going to work. At the end of the day, someone is always going to be unhappy. They’ve made an awesome game, and deserve all the credit.

I’ve never seen someone being such a coock for illfonic. Damn, even nomad and p-willie were not at this level…
illfonic is mostly made by interns and recently college graduates. They have an average of 8 month turn around time for employees and most of their shit is outsourced. And now with AI blooming, I expect their shit to be worse than ever. They never fix bugs because they never encounter them. They rarely play the game and their “testing” is just basic game function test. We have to literally document and show them how to replicate a bug consistently for them to come with a fix a year later.
They announced a “beta testing” server months ago. Something that we have been asking for since May 2020. It still has not happened. So yeah, that’s illfonic in a nutshell.
BTW, whoever replies to your emails and shit, has no idea of coding. That’s their social media coordinator.
You want to talk to the devs?, get them on discord (they joined one of my discords when I was doing a lot of modding on the game before V3 was released).

Interns and recent college grads can’t code for shit; they definitely couldn’t make this game. You sound like you believe 1 million monkeys wrote shakespeare’s plays. AI also can’t code for shit, as it has zero comprehension ability. Rarely do developers actually use the software they write. That’s what operators and beta testers (you) are for. Of course you have to document bugs in order for them to be replicated and fixed; that’s the process. Of course the person at the helpdesk isn’t a coder; doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate the team. As for talking with the devs? I have no need to do so. By modding, you do mean copy/pasting aimbot software that someone else wrote.
