Mine came with the Deluxe Version. If you have the standard version base game I believe you have to pay a couple bucks for it.

Ahh if you gotta pay for em ill have to pass I feel the game isn’t worth paying more wen it has limited playability (campaigns) and lack of multiplayer modes. Don’t get me wrong I’m a big fan but not for the half ass game they put out in my opinion.
Then again after seeing the demo version of colonial marines all those years back before they fooled everyone, I feel like unless they release that caliber of a game for alien then others won’t be as good at least to me.
Depending on what version you have, you may want to upgrade to the Deluxe Version if you enjoy the DLC packs and intend on getting them. They’re all included free with the Deluxe Version.
I’m excited for it! Not so much the new mode, because it’s essentially the same as Horde, but with control points now. However, I’m pumped for the weapons, and the Season Pass content.
With that said, I think the first priority should have been crossplay between all platforms, which this game desperately needs, but that could be more on the Sony side of things since PS won’t agree to crossplay unless there’s $$$ involved.
The stat sheet is pretty cool though, especially since it will include our past progress as well.

So the new mode is basically capture the flag?
The game has always been good for a few matches here and there.
They haven’t made this a game that is a constant go to although i wish they did.

They make that sound so compelling for basically a horde mode with 3 points of interest. 😑 at least its free tho I guess

Yeah, just lots of big filler words when it could have simply said “We’ve added an objective to Horde Mode. Now you must hold 3 zones while doing the same thing.” Lol

My guess is they’ll periodically get overrun and destroyed by Aliens, you’ll hold square to “repair” them, and rinse and repeat.

Yea foreal lol it erks me that a badass quality alien game is hard to come by. I’ve always said that colonial marines 1st demo footage was that game til they dooped us into buying what they ended up releasing.

I wanted to go above intense but unless you have capable friends its pointless
Tell me this game doesn’t look better than every aliens game weve got since then, not counting avp games
I finished the first 3 chapters on Extreme, I need the last chapter, and then on to Insane for Platinum.
4-1 is ridiculously difficult for me, and much like yourself, the hardest part is finding a consistent team. At least ones that aren’t trying to melt you with friendly fire lol.
