Watched it earlier. I usually like AJ’s reviews but I was hoping he would get behind it more. Despite his understandable frustration of network outages and lack of maps and game modes, he looked like him and his team were enjoying the co-op and yelling quotes from the movies. Far too harsh. This is not CoD ffs.

I actually like angry joes content and videos ofc he is funny as hell but sometimes he overreacts and rages about stuff he has no idea what is happening lol but very entertaining guy imo!

Everyone I’ve been on Fireteam with against a Beserker, when we get killed it always says Hunter xyz%. I doubt anyone’s reported it because it’s not game breaking, or they probably haven’t noticed themselves. And I don’t go running to Bug Report over little details like that, otherwise I wouldn’t have time for anything else.
It was “common” or better word is infrequent but I saw it plenty of times.
It would really throw me off to at first cause, Scoreboard tells you the type of predator and FT class always no matter what. So I would see berserkers on the board, get rushed and die sometimes and “Hunter” Would appear with its %Life.
If you go through one of the patch notes, I think it was 1.06 not 100% sure they mention it being fixed but it still happens, much less than before but its there. I might have old footage, but again thats Pre 1.08, if I see it again I’ll make sure to save it.
These guys played pre patch so they definitely have run into the issue during those games. I’ll bet my pay check on it.
Edit: Scratch everything I said about a fix. Its not in any of the notes specifically so thats concerning.

Thank god he’s played the game for a day to meet his youtube release schedule i’m sure Illfonic was waiting for his amazing input so they could nerf beserker based on youtube reviews, rather than the stats they have coming in daily.

In regard to the rest of the review: I hardly believe that his review alone is going to the basis of nerfing, buffing, tweaking and balancing of the game in the future. Was amusing to watch though…

Gonna have to step ion here and clarify a few things, seems some “pros” up here are missing the entire point.
Joe is not a extremly good player, not has he ever claimed to be. He is casual, so is OJ and Alex. Del is the guy who understands game mechanics and uses them to the best of his ability, and he is VERY good at games. Yes, they didnt play well in the few matches we saw, but you have to remember how many players play just like that. Even if they “suck”, they prove a point, the game is hilariously unbalanced towards causals. Thats a problem, because pretty much 90% of the playerbase in every PVP game are,infact,casuals. The remanining 10% are the ones who go out of their way to min max, find the meta and apply it to their gameplay.
Delrith. Some people dont like him, thats fine, i dont like my neighbour, but that doesnt mean i have to bash him to whoever i see. He is a great asset to the show, and the reason he does the Rapid Fire reviews is because Joe doesnt always have the time, or it isnt a AAA title. From a buisness perspective, this is very clever. If Joe knows he cant make a review because his sc hedule is full, and it always is as his show demands alot of his time, atleast he can profit off of smaller titles because of Del, and pay his employees. Angry Joe Show is a buisness, its not a hobby. If you are young, you will not understand this, but one day you will.
Angry Joe is probably one of the BIGGEST youtubers who tries his best to make damn sure companies dont try to screw us over, US, the consumers. He hates MTX if done wrong, and he wont hessitate one second to rip companies a new one if they try to screw us over. He is there for US, who loves games, and he has spent years trying to make changes to the industry so you and me can enjoy games without beeing milked dry. He has succeeded multiple times aswell, maybe not with AAA titles, but smaller companies has listened to him and adjusted their practices.
Hate him or love him, yes he can be extremly annoying and childish, but he is one of us, at the end of the day. Delrith too, personally i find him to be a downright good guy, and peoole who adress his weight should just jump off a bridge, we are way past that in 2020, grow up.
So, if you dont like Del, avoid the videos with him in. If you dont like Joe, then dont watch his videos. Its really simple. Just remember, when he is out there ripping on developers and editing his videos for us to be informed, he is LITERALLY trying to help the consumer, to me thats worth alot and i will never bash Joe for yelling annoyingly or saying stupid shit from time to time, we all do. Its called beeing a human.
AS for this game, i havent played since a few days after release, his review is spot on, the content is EXTREMLY lacking and this game has no legs to stand on. Paid DLC’s for this game made me uninstall, i havent given up, but i will not support practices like this, even tho i enjoyed the gameplay as the Pred.
