That’s a good sentiment but I will always go for the kill, if they can get away from me before I catch them then they get to continue their hunt, I don’t want to coddle any preds because I know damn well were I in their shoes I’d never get a break.

Chasing the Pred is fun, and sometimes I will, but generally I like respecting their wait times. I know it takes forever to get a match as a Pred, and I know that I wouldn’t want it over in 2 mins just because the FT wanted to chase me down.
I try not to create that environment. I get the game is competitive, and some people take it to like win-it-all, or nothing but I enjoy relaxing, taking my time, and going through the motions. I’d rather die in a good, lengthy, well done fight then end the game super quick because the Pred player made a mistake.
I dont hold back on preds in Hope’s that they improve.

If a pred makes a mistake, do you think theyl remember it more if you back off when they did, or kill them for it?
Most times, from my experiences, Pred who rush in only to get melted don’t repeat the process once they’ve healed up. Most Predators, not all, learn that they can’t charge in on my team, and they take a more ranged, cautious approach which makes the game better.
I dont melee until Ive downed atleast 2 even then Plasma caster all the way.

Ive done this with the elder sword, I was on derailed I got most of them, A sniper was posted by where all the cargo, when I was going for 3rd ft memember I didn’t have a chance to escape, I was also stupid and didn’t let my second wind recharge cause I thought I could get out in time lol.
I like when Predators play this way. I usually try to skirmish, play with my food a little. Using the bow, or plasma caster to do damage and down them until I feel like the moment is right to go and claim victory. I like playing the long game as a Predator, the only reason I would claim a player instantly after downing them is if their team is no where around, or if that particular player has been super annoying, or try hard.

When I down someone I make sure they die I don’t claim anymore cause half the time its suicide.
I like RPing it a little so l, at least try, to make sure I get the claims. Usually I don’t go for claims unless 2, or 3, are downed because otherwise you’re just asking to get melted.

Impenetrable and height advantage makes it so I can use tress effectively, and its funny to see them shoot at me and realize im not getting melted, I just hopp around from branch and fire off plasma shots.

It was a couple of days ago. I died at tree next to the train wreck fire, also they kept getting on roof. One was dutch 87 trying to knife me on roof I killed two of them up there and went for the one on ground near the stairs at back building and down I went to the sniper.
I run Elder Pred, Impenetrable and Height Advantage, and dithered lens. It makes trees useful again.

Scout has always been hard because the lack of health and doesn’t have any buffs like its beefy, and cheesy, counterpart the Beserker, with it’s melee buff.
