@MassImpact124, SARS was horrible in its own way. Ghost town in my city for months. I was a Bartender way back then, so I needed people to serve, must have washed that bar thousands of times just waiting for it to be over.

I see. Quite a sensitive topic yet. So much things could be said concerning COVID - but that might not be the right place for this.
But concerning the “it’s over now” just one hint; have a look at the graph in the right lower corner of this:
which has the bottomline “Daily Cases” (which JUST is the number of NEW cases, which is added to the total sum EACH DAY - the very moment). So, COVID by no means is over. Winter is coming…

I just hope people realize that this game’s kinda finished already. Sure an update might bring back a few peeps here and there, but at this stage there’s no hope for this game to make this epic come back that some of you guys are expecting. This game will always have it’s small but loyal playerbase mainly because of the Predator IP, and guess what that’s perfectly okay too. Debating about Illfonic or the game in general on the forums won’t change anything since the devs have clearly made up their mind when it comes to developing the game. Complaining on the forums has proven to be a waste of energy for me so as a pred main I’ve pretty much resorted to only playing once or twice a week until something new sparks my interest in the game again.

The more these things are highlighted the more likely they will be fixed. People posting about constant crashes etc are entitled to be annoyed that the product they bought does not work.
If James Cameron buys illfonic he will offer refunds or free upgrades to the Cameron edition now featuring Mack and Blaine.

This is because cancer is not highly infectious; infecting others with cancer cannot be prevented by wearing a face mask.
But true, other infections are bad too. The yearly influenza toll in the USA is estimated to be bigger than 24000.
Note that death toll of Corona in the USA already is at 201920 deaths yet.
By the way, there are a lot of studies, which come to the conclusion, that the number of positively tested COVID-19 cases is some ten times smaller than the real number in Europe. Might be similar in the USA?
The niece of a very good friend of mine had COVID-19, was in the ICU of a hospital for some time and came out with a bad chronic autoimmune disease. She is of age 10.
COVID-19 is not just another flu. it can have severe long-term damage. Do not underestimate it in your own interest.
But yes, there are other infections, which has nearly similar yearly death tolls. An estimated number of 270000 people die yearly in the USA due to sepsis.
The news do not broadcast this daily because this mostly is due to bad hygiene in hospitals. Would you like the world to know, that the hygiene in US hospitals is medieval? No one wants that…
But do not be angry now, it’s the very same in the EU. And worse in other parts of the world. Infections are still a nightmare. A third of the worlds people is still infected by tuberculosis.
