Yes
Axe Rebalancing Discussion
Especially ft weapons.
This contradicts all you said.
It doesnât. The way melee works on the game as of now its mostly about getting luck.
Even if positioning and timing made much difference it wouldnt take as much effort as getting good with projectile ranged weapons.
Give the FT more weapons to use in match and youâll be right.
So, if only luck is needed to hit melee, imagine when a player is actually good.
Doesnât matter if he is good or not. Being good doesnât make you hit more melee attacks, you can still miss cus the game wants you to, luck is a double edged sword. There is not much of a leaning curve of getting good with melee on this game.
I want a few of the destiny bows for ft.
Yes. But using melee recklessly or wisely itâs not luck.
Also, you are proving my point. The Axe being an high damage dealing weapon, glitched, consuming no significant stamina, which allows you to mash it left and right, and if only luck is needed (your words, not mine) to but your target, makes it a weapon that needs rebalance either way.
Given ft damage its just on par with that.
Iâve played against the axe quite a few times. Its just annoying.
People who complain about the axe are just cry babies.
Same can be said who complains against FT.
People complain about the axe yet run dante with thick skin and owlf/gear head perks while on a duo with a supportâŚ
Just fuck off
bring samurai ghost with fearless and drink the salty tears of console FT main scrubs
Not if theyâre complaining about the ft damage and how easy the missions are.
Btw moralez, since itâs been years now, you remember that I only started calling out how easy ft is after I started playing ft right?
TBF playing as FT is just as easy as Playing pred in pubs. I find it more challenging to play FT with 3 potatoes against a decent pred than playing Pred against a decent FT with 3 potatoes.
The problem with FT is that it was balanced around 1 player, because most players play solo, and it basically breaks premades to the point where is almost impossible to win as pred
Easy missions i agree 100%.
Damage itâs only lore.
No i donât.
But i can say this much. Playing as FT when you are a top tier player side by side with 3 other top tier FT players, yes, the odds are on FT side. 1 single mistake of the Pred and heâs done.
Now, on pubs (which is the true base of a PVP game) an average Pred player will win almost all of his matches.
Not really man.
One ft can keep pred in check.
Iâm only telling you from my side playing as ft.
For the missions they should feel like a wildlands mission on extreme.
Honestly just that change, and ft could keep its damage.
The problem is people cry too much about the A.I.
The main enemy of the ft Is the a.i. not the pred.
They should be way more dangerous.
That way winning as ft actually feels rewarding.
But I dont trust ilfonic to able to do that, so do the easier option.
Lower ft damage.
Oh and,
Get rid of every single animation cancel on both sides.
Make hip fire less accurate on ft,
And actually add recoil and weapon sway.
Whatever the melee attack is gonna hit the target or not is mostly luck, people can try to play smart with melee but its still limited.
But its only good in 1v1s and the game is 1v4. Its as balanced as the stupid high ft dmg together with dmg stacking of ft passives classes.
Like i said, i agree on harder missions.
Yes, AI can be a pain in the ass sometimes. The way they spawn and behave and the way they only sboot at FT even if the Pred is there (absolutely no logic in this).
But also add weapon attachments like grips.
In my honest opinion, the ârebalance workâ should be more extensive than those simple things, starting on this basic things:
Infinite ammo:
Pred? Yes.
FT? No.
(Not only FT ammo is not infinite, ammo crates can be destroyed)
Infinite HP source:
Pred? Yes
FT? No.
Can itâs HP source be destroyed?
Pred? No.
FT? Yes.
I agree on a rebalance in general on this game, but if we want a rebalance, it should start on those basic things above.
Even then, itâs a weapon that itâs possible for the Pred to jump in and down 1 FT with 1 single hit (against 50% of the classes) and get out of there. Even a good FT team will not be all together 100% of the match.
But so will a FT player as well.
