Yeah I read a bit of that, but tbh I dont need anything so complex. I would just prefer there simply not be a time limit. The objectives should be harder and more time consuming, ai needs a buff in damage/numbers, and the reinforcement mechanic could use some sort of delay. Oh and finally removing most of the hud on the side of the fireteam. they have WAYY too much info, where as the predator has to figure shit out for himself.

I heard a number being thrown around that it does about 190 damage fully charged for the plasma caster, which means the bow likely does around 150 at least, fully charged, and probably around 30-40 on baby shots

It really wouldnt add that much more complexity nothing overly just gives more ques to follow.
This is way to linear its got to evolve past this witch should just be called "get to tha choppa)

Okay guys, there is one more thing I want for predator so he can fight people camping in small buildings together. The ability to switch the god damn shoulder camera, so I can peak doors from both sides with the shoulder cannon, and tell whether or not im gonna blast the door frame

I am just going to say this once… Arnold an Olympian got 1 armed across the jungle by Pred’s. If anyone thinks for a second you are going to parry a 7 foot 300 pound super human with a steak knife? Clearly the laws of physics and do not apply to you, or your name is Chuck Norris.

Arnold got bodies, City hunter BODIED numerous people at once, Wolf was literally bodying xenomorphs with his bare hands. But no. We are playing baby predators. And they don’t like violence.

If the game wasnt so short and one sided and actually had more of a point being blocked once in awhile wouldnt matter very much.
I think its a required mechanic in a game like this

Yeah tbh tho its hilarious when some dumb shit chases you down with a knife away from his teamates, and you turn on him and netgun his ass and wipe him before his teamates can even breath towards you.

A simple fix would be attaching parry to the stamina meter. 1 parry depletes your stamina meter completely which makes sense. After taking a hit from preds. This way sure, you survive your parry but your in it now… no running from this fight. It could slow stamina regen too, stunning it for a second or 2 before refilling. If pred gets stunned a player should have some risk to getting that close too. This would reduce but not stop parry fests.

You still have a chance to get away because you have off balanced/stunned the predator. You just can’t sprint, but with no way to parry again and pred recovered. With a 2 second depletion you have two options. Hope to wait out the clock and sprint, or hope to get another parry off after the bar restores and take a few more hits. It tips the tables in Pred’s favor but still buys fire team member time. Honestly though, if you are out of position and pred gets the jump on you. There should not be a total way out without teamwork, just a way to add more time before you die in the hopes they can come save you.

Id meet in the middle half stamina drain and cut the amount of dmg the knife does

Yeah I put that in my suggestions for weapon balance. They defo need to tie it to the stamina bar. it should be something just to delay long enough that teamates can get in there and save you.

That would work too, half drain gives you some more space before pred recovers. Cut knife dmg is a must either way. I’d still like to see a slight stall before you can parry again. This way it is not spammable and is more of like you said a last ditch effort to escape.
