Possibly to be able to play Rambo. Instead of coordinating a the way though the match, OP builds allow for some freedom. It’s a chill experience for FT why Pred had to tryhard.
I think FT will win 90% of the matches regardless, but this way they can laugh it up or have a chat about other stuff.

Yeah but that’s not the point of the game as a fireteam. Their point of playing is to play relying on teamwork, skill, and cunning. Not the opposite that the game is currently on. I got beaten by them pre-bs buff not because of the literal land-slide stat-wise but because I made mistakes and they capitalized on it like most of us did. So where they. THAT is what determines the match but most fireteam mains won’t even accept that because when they say 4 v 1 it automatically registers in their pea-brains that a singular target should be literally easy to kill while exerting minimal effort which let them to cry wolf when it didn’t went their way.

There are very many advantages for premades. OP specializations, high damage, short missions, Pred being very predictable because he has only 2-3 meta weapons. Making one change won’t be enough, but it’s literally impossible for them to make even one concession. Feels kinda hopeless
