Best builds for each Predator class

It’s the perfect anti-chaser mechanism, and allows you to put much more pressure on the Fireteam so they can’t complete the mission as quickly. I don’t use it on every single build but it is the one perk that I am most comfortable with as it allows for much better pressure like I said and it really helps when you have people like Gesp chasing your ass down. Some missions for Fireteam can be done in 2-3 minutes, due to the medic perk alone I have been able to put enough pressure on a premade team when they had the camera mission on Derailed so that the match went on at least twice as long before the last 2 players called the chopper and I was able to prevent them from escaping. It is really a great perk but it’s truly down to you whether you use it or not. I don’t use it on my Elder Stalker because I prefer the combination of Dithered lens, Down range and Adrenal boost for a ranged build, of which if you’re playing it right shouldn’t really require medic because you’ll be playing so far away and cautiously that you shouldn’t take much damage throughout the game and can heal comfortably away from the Fireteam with minimal threat of chasing.

Instead of medic you could just use adrenal boost and rely on pigs a lot more but the main problem with pigs, especially for me, is that premade teams like to cock block me from getting pigs every time by literally just watching the pigs and never leaving them alone until either they call chopper or I use another healing kit. The pig spawns are also very predictable and almost always spawn close to the Fireteam.

Using medkits are a more safe option anyway, but with medic they have even more utility.

I am not reading that

guys, this is your business, I don’t mind using it if you think it’s necessary, I’ll just remind you that I won pc squads without this perk, which means you have something to think about

Yeah I have beaten PC squads without it too. I just find it more comfortable and fitting towards my playstyle, especially the way the game is right now where the Fireteam will rush the mission and exfil ASAP

I wouldn’t say clotted is useless, as i have killed many predators by following the blood trail to either a pig or they are healing

The instructions do say: the predator leaves a very obvious blood trail behind them that the fireteam can use to track

Basically on every class medic large pouch and down range are meta

Running without at least Medic puts you at a terrible detriment. without it, it makes healing slow, it allows chasers to get to you and waste you faster. With it you can heal from second wind before they catch up (and if they do, you’re already about done and 9/10 you’ll be able to escape), and when healing normally it shortens the time between engagements and that gap can be very crucial to the outcome of the match. It allows you to jump to less of a distance and heal faster and reengage before the FT can either move to the next objective or use ammo crates/med kits.

The only build I have that doesn’t have Medic or Large Pouch is my Elder Stalker, it uses Sam’s build of Down Range, Dithered Lens and Adrenal Boost. I typically don’t need to heal much with it as the damage output is so ridiculous, but when I do I have enough options.

I think I’m going to adopt that Elder build cus I almost never have to heal when I use him.

It can become a double-edged sword easily, though. I usually run to this build when I feel like the team I’m facing will be good (fuck that group that runs with three Dante Field Medics though, I quit out right away no fucks given), because I know the damage output will even the odds a bit, but it also means you’ll get shredded still and when you do it makes it harder to reengage quickly. But this is the optimal build for the class, as each perk serves a specific purpose (Down Range for damage increase, Lens hiding your laser so they can’t predict your shots, and Adrenal because Elder sucks at movement).

As for Cleo, she can take a bit more damage, has a melee damage buff and her movement speed is higher. But her perk points are lower and she has less energy reserve. So I think Elder overall is the better Stalker.

Is that elder build the one you used against me?

Here my friend, gorge on the suffering of Dantes 😂

YESSSS…the more Dante destruction the better. I think those are the guys, not sure, but several times I’ve run into a team of three Dante Field Medics, usually one other random or a Support Field Medic. And I’m like, I’m out lol.

Haha yeah you just gotta take out your frustration on em and slaughter em🤣

This is probably my favorite build right now

Honestly there are reasons to use Medic and while I initially thought this was a troll post, you are onto something.

Pigs are unfortunately inconsistent especially on Airstrip so Medic is still Meta for the mentioned reasons. These days I will only use Medic with Large Pouch and not the other way around. If you don’t have 4 MedComps, then what’s the point?

Healing 4 times fully without medic also takes too long, some missions are too short, time is vs you.
