Reason I stopped playing avp 2010 is bc 1: itās on my 360 which I would then have to pay xbox live for; and 2 because that game is ādeadā as well.

Fair enough homie. I know itās definitely not the game everyone was hoping for.
Iām just not the type to wallow in the misery. I try to have fun with game even if itās HEAVILY flawed.
Iāll admit, the first little while I had the game, I was a try hard bc like with anything you enjoy, whether it be a game, hobby, or random activity; you can enjoy it more when youāre skilled at it.
And so I got sweaty and it was fun for a bit, but after the whole clan fights it just felt like I was back in the ghetto I grew up in where everyone was fighting over nothing but a colour and mindset that they didnāt realise was nearly identical to their opposition.
Iām tryna have fun. I lost homies to stupid shit. I donāt wanna lose one of my favourite games to that same concept of intolerance and ignorance.
Thatās why if anything I was disappointed with both the community and the devs for abandoning the game the way they did. Although I understand their reasons.
Its honestly just on illfonic. A lot of tried to keep this shit alive and well.
It wasnt like that in the first year tho, ppl started trippin and acting like dumb asses over this game around year two. It was fun back in the day. Damn near everyone was chill.

The only reason I put some blame on us, the community is bc when the discourse became vitriolic, that removes nearly any motivation from the devs to improve the game.
