Guys stop pls, they are balancing the game every time better. Fireteam is stronger than predator so stop complain about predator buff and ft nerf.
Buff to Predator, nerfs to fireteam...
This is exactly what I feared. Illfonic repeating past mistakes and listening to noobs. I remember early in F13’s life, Gun Media (and presumably Illfonic) said that Jason was supposed to be super strong and weren’t planning on nerfing him. A few weeks later, big grab nerf. Although this time they seem to be doing smaller nerfs each patch instead of one big one. I guess they really want me to only play Hunter.
Yet it only takes 15 seconds to bring the entire team back, full health, full gear, full ammo when you’ve nearly completed the objective all the while the predator has probably used up all of the medkits.

Lmao good god I maybe sometimes use 1 medkit in my first encounter. I’d like to see your gameplay since you hate reinforcement so much.
Oh Jesus Christ. This is hardly a huge predator buff ft nerf patch. This is coming from playing both sides today. Just minor tweaks. Git gud.
If you can manage it then good for you. But I hate to break it to you but even if you’re speaking the truth, you’re in the minority. And Devs should never balance a game around the minority. Maybe you’d win against me even using reinforcements then congratulations. But most people don’t win most of the time against any fire team because of the reinforcements. And that’s a problem.
I really would like to know who they’re mainly listening too.
They really gotta start talking with us. Like look for the ppl who actually care about balance. Theres quite a few of us here who actually want a good balance and feel for both sides.

sure isnt the ft is op and always will be in comparison. pigs got nerfed too the amount on the map but hey “pred op everyone” morons this community i swear only read or see what they want to see plus pred for using certain perks the points to use them required thats a nerf. plus berserkers combat was nerfed. the bias and ignorance is unreal on this forum

It’ll be nerfed within a week and they’ll remove the impact projectiles and replace them with ranged. It’s just too good, people will abuse the shit out of it and just like the old grenade launcher it will become obsolete 😔

But I see a lot of preds who dont play smart enough, and get easily wrecked by ft.
The rare times I play ft I never hold back on preds cause I want my fellow preds to aware and prepared for good ft teams. I’m not the best ft player but I can fk up a impatient pred.

They nerfed the amount of boars on the map? I didn’t see that on the patch notes.
Is that Dutch’s new weapon? It’s an assault rifle that comes with a grenade launcher?
I come from a fireteam main. The matches that I’ve gone against good preds that are stealthy, use range etc lose to the reinforcements. Most of the time they end up getting lit up because of how easy it is to spot them and how powerful the guns are so most of the time they’ve depleted most if not all of their medkits.
And if they haven’t then we’re normally done with the objective by the time we reinforce the team so we end up escaping or killing the predator because they’re forced to rush in and kill us or we escape.
Not only does it make it harder for the predator in my experience it also complete takes away any tension and strategy for the FT. Why bother playing it carefully like you should when you know you can just come back? Sure it can only be done once but the removal of tension and strategy is still there. That’s what made Friday the 13th so fun. If you could escape Jason it felt earned and rewarding because you had to work as a team. Think twice about trying to kill him and hunt him down. Sadly that isn’t the case for this game. Because of the reinforcements and how strong the fireteam are it turns the hunter into the hunted for most and it just simply isn’t as fun imo

someone i play with told me that so dont quote me on it but also apparently only appeared every 60 seconds so its possibly a bug? i havent played yet since the patch

But what would be a good alternative then? Cause I feel removing or drastically changing reinforcement might be too much.
I think ft gameplay needs an overhaul though. Longer missions and whatnot. Ft in general feels too easy. Like even if you extract or kill pred it doesn’t feel like a true accomplishment.
So it’s a hard call.
