Not in the current state of the game, no. It has been tested by several members of the forum, and the only hacks that were in the game beforehand have been rendered unusable.

No. In Playstation menu you can only report atuff like the player’s name tag or PSN profile pic etc.
Anything game-related must be reported in the game options.
