Cloak needs tweaking for sure

I wouldnt be opposed to that. Would suck for people who have bright ass pred skins tho lmao. Imagine getting caught jerking it on a branch while waiting for your cloak to recharge because your predator looks like a mcdonalds employee 🤣

Cause i can already tell the outcomes if we decide to vote for larger range for the visibility… the textures will stay the same… all wonky and broken and not a single bit transparent if u ask me.

This will start a chain reaction to sniper mains to go back to the meta which is keep sniping him from distance

Then it will start another reaction which will be us realising it… and wanting another RE-ADJUSTMENT to benefit predator more…

And this all leads to a fucking limbo cause we are not disclosing the real problem here.

Dude, giving intel as anything is as hard as pressing E (on PC). Thing is snipers should not engage the predator only when its on your team. They should go in a bush, mud up and provide cover fire to the predator so he has a hard time approach your team unless the pred first deals with the sniper. As it is now you pretty much need to wait for him to engage the team before opening fire.
As a snipers you’re not even going to be close to the team, you’re going to need to keep distance FROM your team and thus more distance from the pred.

Yeah, and is it predators fault that he can see the sniper who is further away from the team and getting killed out on the open or is it players fault for sniper main who can’t keep his position covered?

Right now is invisible even if you stay in the same roof 😂

How did you get to that? Nobody is complaining about the sniper getting found out and killed, the issue is with the sniper not being able to snipe because you need to be really close to the pred to actually see something to shoot. Right now you end up using the sniper as a shotgun in close combat…

All i am saying is… sometimes brute force is not the way to go from playing both predator & fireteam as sniper…

Sometimes u need to keep calm and bait the predator to go for your team… and figuring out his position… while keeping ur self hidden… even if it means landing one shot or two or three… if he stops shooting at ur team its time to get hidden before he finds you and kill you.

Not really? His energy charge and arrow trail is fairly visible, like i kid u not when they fix the actual optimizations for PC GPU usage… i can maybe finally stream the game and show how to actually play as sniper main.

But if u ask how i got to that… its simple its all connected… it all is connected to the players skillset and how far is sniper main willing to go with his skills, as in ambush predator… etc…

Dude, you need 2-3 shoots(in certain case it can take a lot more) to figure out where he is shooting from. After 2 shoots a decent predator will relocate and you will be back to square one. If he is in a tree even if you shoot, you’re just going to hit leaves and branches.

Tested it, his energy is visible and u basically just shoot a bit right and a bit down where energy is fired at…

Which is basically a gamble and ur giving ur position… but its the same for predator… as u fire ur own shot… u let players know ur nearby… its honestly fair.

Also can someone tell me and tell me i am wrong about the fact that as a fireteam member ur allowed to camp as long as u can lmao… and predator is allowed to play however he wants even if it means camping in range…

All it does is basically you as fireteam can just camp until mission is done and move to next.

Yes of course he will relocate? And when he does and fires again on your fellow teammates… its up to your teammates to seek shelter and camp out until their mission is done…

After all this game is called “Pred hunting grounds” and not “fireteam hunting grounds”

Fireteam main mission is to complete missions and extract… and ofcourse survive and not get ur spine ripped away…

Which means killing predator is optional and so is hunting him…

But if u are planning to hunt him, you better have to have a best plan to outplay him.

Like all i am hearing here is… people just adjusted to them being able to see broken gray-ish black texture cloak which can be seen from miles away and even from close by even when predator is crouch walking.

This is not my take on being offensive but literally… trust me try to sharpen your playstyle and eyes and ears.

Leaves don’t block your damage, branches do, and honestly i already proposed they should make it so you can hit through the branches and deal damage to predator but the branches block the 25-30% incoming damage of every weapon.

Ive had the air between the leaves block my bullets. So

That’s due to the hitboxes but usually leaves aren’t bullet stopping, no.

They need to actually fix hitboxes lmao…

What the game is called has no relevance over pvp balance.

Now problem is that anything but what you call optional is brain dead boring. The only thing fun in hunt is fighting the pred. That’s it. As I said before, I can run, run, run and do mission but its damn boring and not fun (to me). I like ENGAGING with the predator.

As for leaves or branches, don’t know what’s blocking my shoot but I think they completely block damage before they brake since I don’t get the visual info you get when you actually hit the pred (if you hit branches).
