close range thow needs to be adjusted, you should be rewarded with greater dmg the farther it is not how close you are

How about this: within a certain range L2 triggers an impale strike. Beyond that range itâs a throw

I donât think or want it to be needed simply because you think your gonna run up to me and parry me with that knife your dead wrong your gonna get a stick in the face instead and every weapon can do this bow plasma caster combo stick pretty much any ranged weapon

A good predator running the elder sword? Parry that? Good lucky with that one.
This was recently uploaded but shows how powerful the elder sword is and those people know how to parry for sure!(pro Russian premade) The elder sword burst is INSANE, you just need to attack right.
Stop nerfing things and just buff other things PLEASE, lol. Give the FT an any direction combat roll dodge to compliment their parry and be done with the crying because if you get hit with something it is because you didnât either dodge or parry in time. Give Pred the Parry and Dodge too though. Mechanics should be shared but balanced around the 1vsSquad gameplay. Pred should be strong enough (with skill) to take on a full Squad and the Squad should struggle but (again with skiill) still be capable of downing the Pred.

No elder sword is the easyiest weapon to parry clearly those players arenât to amazing even a great pred will have no use in melee against a good team gurenteed the only way a good team will be ran down by the eldersword is if their already low hp and the pred attacks from the bacc against a good team 89% of preds are trash

FT in melee can Parry a Spear swing and if they think itâll be followed by a Throw they Combat Roll to avoid it. Guess right? You dodge the fatal throw damage. Guess wrong? Eat the next swing of that area hitting Spear. Same idea VS other weapons. Pred can mix up attacks, dodges to move and alter angles of attack or avoid gunfire, parry, etc. Adds Psychology and genuine strategy/tactics to the gameplay.
I mean, if the game actually registers my inputs, I can pretty much parry all the weps. A lot of the time I hold down r3 and the games like, whatâs that? You still want your gun up?

You have no idea what youâre talking about. That was a pro premade vs a pro predator!
If you attack from the front youâre not going to do much, play as that guy did and the elder sword is extremely hard to parry. Most of your HP evaporates from the burst before you can even turn around to start doing parries.
Donât confuse your skill level with that guys and what good predators can do. Just because you canât do something, does not mean other people canât just as well.

Iâve fought nasty preds including shifo lol (as a rando team) but my pre made never lost a match as a team and me as pred hasnât lost a match in randos since launch I bet lmao but against a good team everything changes I swear lol and being able to parry renders melee useless in a preds arsenal now some preds can pull good tactics and find a winning situation but when are u ever gonna face a good-great pred it barely happens even then pre mades run through them
Also I donât base my opinions on YouTube videos of someone else think of your own pred skill against a pre made and tell me if parry makes melee pretty useless especially when the team had supports heals ect
