I need to put this in stone, i love Cyberpunk 2077. Its got tons of cinematic landscapes that inspire me to this day and forever. The architecture of thiskind of brutalist design is poetic but the fact that they somehow included an asiatic culture which for mysterious reasons in itself presence something to ponder for what a future would be with cybernetics, androids, and other nonexistent vehicles , it really does itch the noodle.
where does it come from…shit…is it AI? Is it solar farming?

Somemight think this world as somekind of Utopia as its being lived in by NPCs, but a reality check would result in a ideal world but with real people being fearful of it. It could mean a hermit society with little to no people engaged in the technology.

You are definitely the target audience for unfinished glorified tech demos that can’t deliver on promises.
Imagine defending an open world game where cops can’t even chase you in a car and you’re still here coping thinking that’s just a bug.
The reality is, the open world shouldn’t have even been an option if everything’s on hard rails. There aren’t even proper physics, even the motorcycle is just this invincible bouncing thing.
They could’ve made another Deus Ex style game instead of biting off more than they could chew trying to imitate GTA and declaring themselves revolutionizers of the genre. Sold everyone a scammy polished turd while claiming they had all these branching lifepaths, augments, and gameplay options that were ALL scrapped minus the mantis blades that had their parkour deleted. Game ended up as a single street kid campaign and the open world was some kind of skeleton carcass remains of the original concept.
