This was debunked. Lower graphics does nothing to this game other than make it look like a potato. The game is horribly optimized and I play on medium with a gtx 1080 with a ryzen 9 3950x and still cant get above epic on most settings. We drop the graphics so we can actually play with at least 60fps.

It’s got to be a hardware config issue. I’m running everything maxed out with no issues, and I built my rig 3 years ago and wasn’t even top of the line at the time.
That said, even at low settings, you shouldn’t be able to see the pred from across the map. That’s bullshit they need to fix.
Lowering viewing distance can help you see the predator from afar, however, you can’t spot him nor you can hit it if you shoot at it. There’s branches in between that you are not seeing, plus there’s the range factor for weapons. Even with a sniper, you will not hit it.
“debunked” where? by you’r personal opinion perhaps. but when i watch streamers using low settings and how far and easy they see the predator come,i will say pls man. however yes i will agree that the game need a damn massive optimazation and bug fixing.
You are like the first PC player that says that. All the other players I’ve met have the same complain, this game will not run at constant 60FPS under Cinematic settings. Even on the latest hardware.
What is your hardware config? are you using AMD GPU?

View distance at low is super worse compare to high, no discussion for that. But it will gives you more fps because it is the setting that re quire more GPU work.

actually is the shadows, but setting shadows to low will not only make the game look like crap, it will also introduce a lot other bugs
These discussions are useless btw, 99,9% of people in the forum are casual gamers, not coming from fps competitive games but maybe some single player or maybe they have seen predator movies. So it’s all worthless.

Everyone want to blame their loses on someone else and not on them. If you lose, is on you, no matter how many excuses you wanna come up with. That’s the way it is.

The problem is that many people call them aimbotter because they have an aim that is better than the avarage but it’s still not a godlike aim for a pc player. Imagine if they see Shroud or Dafran playing 😂
PS4 players always call PC players cheaters and accuse them of using “aim bots”… yeah… I have an aim bot… is called a MOUSE. If you don’t like it, turn of crossplay.

So what the “progamer” view is the best because they point and click faster than normal people? because they don’t enjoy the game anymore and play for shpw how strong they are compare to other?. sorry man Progamer often goes for the easy way to make win instead of playing and having fun, pointing flaw etc. it doesn’t make everybody argument worthless, so don’t try to silence the “casual” part of the community, the community that kept that game alive compare to a minority of so called “pro” under the cover of “We PlAyFpS GaMe”

DICE_spb, tv.ProziPix, Minnichka, The_sameguy, ArhOn and the rest of the Russian team are good players, they have really good teamwork and work well together, they are really hard to beat.
THOUGH, sometimes when i meet them and they faceroll me, afterwards someone in their team tells me that i’m bad in voice chat: “Eyy Predator, you’re bad! Baaad!”. I don’t reply, but it’s really unprofessional of them to insult those who are not on the same level as them, and it makes me feel bad. :oP
How am i suppose to get better if i can’t play and practice against better Fireteams, hehe. xD

I’ve killed Minnichka like a million times lol, even when I don’t get 4 kills, he’s always the first to die and deal the least damage.
asking people to play with a hindered performance because you think tinkering with the graphics is cheating, is not a way to “make the game better for everyone”.
Game needs optimization. PERIOD. Even on PS4 this game will not run at 60FPS (and it should) and will go well below 30FPS in some areas and when there’s a lot of NPC around you.
Wanna keep criticizing people for lowering their graphics or wanna join us and start asking developers to fix the issues so we don’t have to do it in the first place?
