Do you think the PC version will be based on the previous PC engine and have no updates core code wise?
I don’t follow cross-platform releases too much but I assume they couldn’t gel well unless they were apart of the same coded system.

Im not knowledgeable enough on this issue but because they are pushing it as next gen console game (PS4 is not mentioned), I would expect engine upgrade for those systems and for PC as well, cause why not if you can. I think doing this would make things gel more as opposed to working with less recent engine. Mine is more of a logic reason, as opposed to a technical one.

I have no idea at this point. Maybe, maybe not. It depends on whether or not the PS4 version will still be playable, which I assume yes. Then, there’s no need to update the PC version with the new engine, since the old engine version will still be playable and crossplay with other platforms.

interesting observation. So even with a DLC coming, you’re saying the introduction of Feral on both platforms (one of next gen the other of PC) will still be completely compatible to some degree without including a new updated engine on both?
Its peculiar how development goes when it comes to multiplatforms. Its not easily understood if not easily logically explained. but I guess we will see tomorrow when the update comes for everything.
This is how Unreal engine is licensed. Its a mess.

Ill be at work not working, but I don’t really want to advocate this game much longer.
I’ve surpassed the lvling up, and don’t really care for the gems that are collected at the highest level. I’ve got all the weapons, and DLCs paid for mind you, the daily are cool but its an exercise in futility. GAMING…has become redundant in this game and less than a cohesive vision.
So…there.
But visually its awesome as fuck and conceptual tone is pretty cool.
There is no money going to the games core development.
No money no funny.
The game will fall apart by tomorrows release of “content”.
Its like putting money into a game that was released 10 years ago, by this time it will feel like it.
like that game AVP1 in 1999. Just imagine the makers releasing some dlc for that shit.
