I just sat through a pred que and the game says fuck yourself so I ended up as ft.
I played it, managed to help the other guys through the match.
I put the pred in sw after he downed one.
Like fuck, I guess I gotta pay a toll to pay pred lmao.

There is a huge market of players who love single player bots. We simply dont always want to deal with human beings sometimes. We dont care if our skill doesnt get better. We dont care if you think we arent playing the game correctly. I play a larg variety of games with this BECAUSE they have this feature, its not rare nor is it stupid. Stop putting it down.
We just want to play the game⌠without you.
This is a very popular option. Many games celebrate adding bots as a feature, such as Hypercharge just did. If you dont care whether its added or not, thats fair. But I dont get the âno dont do itâ mentality at all. If the devs decide they dont want to allocate resources to this I get it. I dont get why USERS are telling other USERS the requested feature isnt possible lol.

First judging by the skill of the devs when it comes to AI, the bots would be horrible. Just look at the existing AI in game. I seriously donât see them having the ability to program an AI that is competent in this game, just give the FT insane HP and damage and make them run between point X and Y and the predator trying to take them down.
Second, I am completely against it, this is a multiplayer game, I want them to focus whatever resources they got to make the multiplayer experience better, fix the bugs there, provide more content and not waste vast amount of dev time on people who want single player, this is not the game for that.
Also this will take away from people using the que for normal mode, so a big no this this request from my part.

Better bots do make the multiplayer better. I want offline bots, see it as one step towards more interesting content, like more Prey ie. lions, tigers, bears and of course the alien T-Rex from part 2âs trophy wall.

I would love an off-line mode. Iâve always said it. I truly believe it wonât be as fun as pvp, but honestly, I donât care, and I donât give a fvck about getting good or not. I win a little more than half the matches I play and that may not be cool, but I donât care. I just want to play over and over without waiting 5 or more minutes to get a match. Iâd love an off-line/single player mode. Both Predator and Fireteam. That would be cool.

I would definitely agree with you why it would not be possible to add predator BOT artificial intelligence even for the FT team, for example to a private game? Where could you train all the situations that occur in the MULTIPLYER mode?
I understand that most new players are somehow noob ignorant of this game and their ignorance can bother a lot in multiplayer mode. As one experienced player who already knows this game and to whom 3 players a complete noob who does not know what and how to do let alone call (bright blue hands and find a radio station) reinforced and restore the dead team back to life. This is one of many things that is the basis and importance for this game. And like we have one training mission for basic skills for PREDATOR is really very little! After all, each multiplayer game has its own BOTS and you can also choose their difficulty for a multiplayer private game in Call Of Duty or Counter-Strike and more. Why couldnât it be here in PHG?
You can think about it, but would new and inexperienced people know how to really play this game and not rather worry about every other way?

First off, you shouldnt expect that from a fucking pvp game. Trust me it would Serve no purpose unless their going to add in a co op mode.
Like actual pve. Which would be better than a hunt match with bots.
Second, with the Current a.i. it would be beyond stupid.
Third, If they started focusing on that, it would take too much attention from the shit that needs to be fixed.
Maybe if you played attention youd see why its not a good Idea for this game at the current time, but those who want easy mode bots usually dont pay attention to anything.

I didnt even think about the que tbh.
Still think it will be a process. Small improvements over time that will benefit the main mode Hunt.

lol lions, tigers, bears arent an AI issue. They run in a line. Its that they require completely new models and animations which costs money and time. And that theyâre impossible to balance for most console players, the people asking for pred dogs need to realize that theyâd either be braindead good spawning ontop of people or worthless garbage negated by standing on a rock or using a mouse because the aim assist isnt good enough for randoms to hit something that isnt running around at head level.
Programming something to chase you in a straight line is different from having it dodge, take cover, shoot without having laser aim etc which simply isnt feasible for this dev team to pull off in a realistic timeframe especially without an AI programmer.

Illfonic does have a job opening for just such a programmer.
I know youâre not a fan but for them to improve it means having a reason to do so. Offline is one such reason.
Illfonic has modellerâs, sure they can work on some new animals skins in between all the shaders. They can buy bits and pieces from the UR store or whatever and re-skin them, or build them from scratch, doesnât matter much to me.
