Here’s a little tidbit for you, since I’m sure your main focus for this community is here so you may not be aware of the overall opinion. The majority of people that I’ve seen, between the facebook groups, various live streams, and here on the forums, would prefer if the devs STOPPED with the new content, in favor of more focused resources in making the game better through improved mechanics and big fixes. Instead of new FT members, new Preds, new masks and shaders…fix yo shit, lol. For real.
There’s dozens of examples how all over this forum, from jump collision to the parry mechanic to damage balancing, to the numerous bugs that STILL exist from day one…I would rather wait these now almost three months for a new patch that addresses these issues and repairs the overall gameplay experience, than for another cosplay Pred that’s just going to get shredded by an overbalanced FT anyway. And I know I’m not alone.

I can’t stress enuogh that you make a good point about the small bugs like jump collisions, parry mechanics, they aren’t perfect but I would figure that these are minor considering the overall playability. the matter of fact that it is playable and those refined stuff we’ve asked for a long time ago but it seems less apparent today.
Not sure why, maybe we just tend to avoid trying to play it the way we dream it should be.
otherwise, i don’t see why they shouldn’t keep releasing new FTmembers and Predators. Thats still really cool to me.

They should, and I wholeheartedly encourage it. But we’re coming up on the two year anniversary of the game. TWO YEARS. Something needs to be done to the overall gameplay to increase longevity, that includes everything I’ve mentioned, plus new content, but how can we enjoy the new content if the game is so bugged up? That why I suggest all the cool stuff be pushed back in favor of maintenance. Trust me, Illfonic, all of us will support and enjoy all the new toys you bring us much, much more, if we have a cleaner experience.

I… would say I agree.
Many people hate him because he “steals” content and doesn’t give any credit. Also because he has never accepted a challenge (I think never) from any of the players around here.
But… his positive vibe makes me enjoy his videos. So I can never say I hate the guy… on top of that, he’s waaay better player than I am 😖😖

I totally agree! I DON’T want new content, I just want the fps drop & the audio bug, to stop from happening, I want to get a day map AT LEAST half the times I play, I want Backwater back, which makes me think on how stupid it is to have a mission on Overgrowth that can be done in 3 mins, vs this damn thing in Headquarters that makes me run through aaaall the damn map and takes sooo long to accomplish… I HATE Headquarters.

and when does that happen? To fix a bug like that is like looking for a needle in a haystack. I rather not send devs into a blindfolded bug fix mission no matter how much money they have.considering that nobody can really figure out what people mean or where they encounter it nor what machine they are running it on or what time of the day/ how many people ect.

The fps drop when looking at light/sun. Mostly on Excavation. The audio bug happens randomly

this is just another baseless accusation of a bug. There are things people can say dutifully that a bug happens like on a menu or something. but just saying you’re looking at a few polygons for any given moment in time is short of saying not a whole lot about the bug or that it ruined your game all the time.
I posted at least 2 videos, about this, on the bugs section, I stated that it was on PS4, I stated that the 2 friends I play this game with (not forum members) run into the same problem… I’m sure not all PS4 players experience the same, just like I almost never got the “bluescreen” thing, and I get what you say, but… then, what can I do to get this fixed? What would you call a “based accusation of a bug”??
Because they’re contracted to work on a game for a period of time when they actually don’t want to work on this game for a period of time.
Actual devs don’t want to outsource to them so they’re stuck making little dead on arrival movie tie-in games or their own personal flops like Arcadegeddon. And companies don’t want to buy them out because Lol.
They don’t even have any project leads because the pay sucks, yet they want AAA experience at their shitshow studio. It’s a bunch of waiters/art designers & and no chefs.
