Energy-Slam EXPLOIT - IllFonic please fix it ASAP

Not true it cancel’s only the root you are still locked out of attacking for the same duration as the animation of spinning sword or other weapon you had in hand.

Yes its true. Read what I wrote. I said Instantly CLOSE THE GAP/FLEE while FT is slowed/blinded/hitstunned, not melee attack. Before exploit I would be stuck in one same place.

Game is like two week old and u talking about “pros” in a game that is in no way designed to be taken professionaly rather than casually (crossplay). But if you talk about lvl100 PC ft opponents who get you spotted from wherever you go and snipe headshot you from across the map, then yes, I did.

i tested it and it works for me, recharges stamina 1 second faster and allows sprint for 3 seconds longer or something like that i dont remember the exact numbers but it works, its not massive though

No. That’s definitely not true. Also, slam is supposed to be high risk, high reward. Animation canceling like that is not fair and it ruins the immersion.

While there are games that use animation cancelling I’m sure that it isn’t intended in a game like this. Especially since the predator’s animation doesn’t actually cancel. He just sort of moves around in his jogging pace while his legs don’t move and he rises up.

In any case, this is a small bonus to the Predator, because FT movements are too fast for people, they can jump unrealistically far, can fall from a very high altitude and not get any damage. :D

This game is fantasy. It’s not meant to be realistic.

A good fire team will turn to where he slammed and own him because of the stun lock animation.

Who says it’s not working as intended? This game is three dimensional so why shouldn’t the slam be three dimensional?

A good indication is that the predator can’t jump to cancel his melee attacking animation.

Possbily but i dont think they would intend you to attack through a building.

If its a thin tarp roof like some of those shanty huts with like a material over it, i think thats ok. but an actual building i think thats not fair on the FT.

Not as OP and unstoppable as you make it seem, i just tested this out and it doesnt do anything for the attack time it still takes a full 3 seconds to be able to use your wrist blades to attack after the slam and a full 4 seconds to use the combi stick to attack after the slam yes you can move immediately sort of like an ice skating movement so you aren’t stuck in the same exact spot, you can see it in the video, but absolutely does nothing to be able to attack right away

ya not game breaking but definitely janky and should be fixed

Cooling snycs doesn’t work neither does adrenaline boost.

That being said, still an exploit.

provide your evidence that cooling syncs doesn’t work, I notice my cool down is much shorter
